Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Azure Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong business acumen, guiding clients through their digital transformation journey and ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end cloud architectures on Microsoft Azure, including infrastructure, networking, identity, security, and application services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to project teams, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational standards.
• Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives, including application refactoring and data platform transformation.
• Define and implement governance, compliance, and security strategies for Azure environments.
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide recommendations for performance optimization and cost efficiency.
• Mentor engineering teams and contribute to the development of cloud practice capabilities at Resolve Tech.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cloud or Solutions Architect with a focus on Microsoft Azure.
• Expertise in Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services (VMs, AKS, App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, etc.).
• Strong understanding of identity and access management (Azure AD), networking, and hybrid cloud design.
• Experience with cloud migration, modernization, and DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code with Bicep/ARM/Terraform).
• Knowledge of security, compliance, and governance best practices in Azure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Azure certifications preferred (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Security Engineer Associate, etc.).
