Senior Attorney Opportunities

We are currently working with a range of leading law firms and organisations across the United States who are seeking experienced senior attorneys with a strong track record in enterprise commercial transactions. These opportunities offer the chance to advise on complex agreements, corporate reorganisations, and regulatory compliance across technology, healthcare, and other fast-moving sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, negotiate, and advise on high-value commercial agreements, including SaaS, AI, cloud, licensing, outsourcing, procurement, reseller, and international distribution.
• Provide strategic counsel on post-M&A matters and corporate reorganisations.
• Advise clients on data privacy and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CPRA, HIPAA, and U.S. federal/state requirements).
• Support healthcare and medtech clients with clinical, GPO, and vendor agreements.
• Act as a key liaison between legal, commercial, and operational teams, with potential secondment opportunities.

Ideal Candidate:

• JD from a recognised law school; admitted to a U.S. State Bar.
• 5–15+ years of experience advising enterprise clients across corporate, commercial, technology, or healthcare/medtech law.
• Proven experience negotiating multi-million-dollar agreements for Fortune 500 or global organisations.
• In-house or secondment experience is advantageous.
• Exposure to board-level advising, government contracts, and regulatory compliance is beneficial.
• A portable book of business is highly desirable.
