The Fordy Group are partnered with a forward thinking, high performing GC who are delivering a landmark hyperscale data center campus in Arizona, purpose-built to support next-generation AI, cloud computing, and high-performance workloads. We are seeking experienced Assistant Project Managers to lead project execution on a multi-year program at the forefront of AI infrastructure development.


This campus-scale deployment represents a rare opportunity to help build the physical backbone of artificial intelligence in one of the fastest-growing hyperscale markets in the country.


Project Location & Travel

  • The project is located in Arizona.
  • Relocation, per diem, housing, and travel support are available for qualifying candidates
  • This is a 2–6 year, project-based assignment with long-term stability and continuity

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead overall project scope, budget, schedule, and contract administration
  • Manage procurement, subcontractor buyout, and change management
  • Partner with Superintendents to align field execution with project goals
  • Drive forecasting, reporting, and risk mitigation
  • Interface directly with owners, designers, and executive leadership


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience managing large commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects
  • Strong financial and contractual management skills
  • Data center or advanced manufacturing experience preferred
  • Willingness to commit to a long-term Texas assignment
