Assistant Ecommerce Manager

We are hiring an Assistant Ecommerce Manager to join a top beauty company in Port Washington, NY.

• Salary Range: $80K - $90K
  
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Support annual, quarterly, and monthly planning cycles for global eCommerce
• Prepare performance reports across DTC platforms and Amazon US and international marketplaces
• Track KPIs, sales, margin, and advertising performance vs. plan
• Maintain planning templates, P&L models, and dashboards
• Analyze trends across regions, channels, and product assortments
• Support ad hoc analysis related to global expansion and new market launches
• Track timelines, deliverables, and milestones for global initiatives
• Follow up with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time execution
• Support business reviews and leadership meetings with clear materials
• Support coordination with internal teams and external partners for global Amazon expansion
• Help ensure data consistency and process alignment across regions
• Assist in documenting best practices for scalable global operations
  
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of experience in business planning, analytics, or eCommerce operations
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Basic understanding of Amazon and/or DTC eCommerce models
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Exposure to Amazon international marketplaces ideal
• Experience in beauty, CPG, or eCommerce brands ideal
• Experience with dashboards, BI tools, or automation preferred
• Interest in global business and cross-market operations preferred
