Job Title: Apparel Graphic Designer

Location: In Person

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 annually

About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative Apparel Graphic Designer with a strong illustration background to develop original artwork for clothing and merchandise. This role is focused on creating compelling, on-trend graphics that translate effectively onto garments.

You'll work closely with our design and production teams to bring concepts to life from initial sketches to final print-ready artwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create original illustrations and graphic designs specifically for apparel (t-shirt, hoodies, etc.)
• Develop unique graphic concepts aligned with brand direction and seasonal themes.
• Prepare print-ready files for screen printing, DTG, and other production methods.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and production team.
• Adapt art-work for different garment styles, placements, and colorways.
• Stay updated on fashion and streetwear trends, graphics, and techniques.

Qualification

• Proven experience as a Graphic Artist, Apparel Designer, or illustrator.
• Strong portfolio showcasing apparel graphics and illustration work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and photoshop.
• Understanding of garment printing techniques (screen print, DTG, embroidery basic).
• Strong sense of typography, layout, and color separation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualification

• Experience in streetwear, fashion brands, or merchandising design.
• Knowledge of tech packs and apparel production workflow.
• Hand-drawn illustrations skills are a strong plus.
