Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Elevate is recruiting a Legal Operations Analyst to work with our customer directly to improve Fortune 500 law departments through analysis, strategy, and implementation. You will support a customer in the technology sector in managing and administrating its eBilling solutions. This role will support US-based stakeholders; however, some team members or stakeholders may be global.


Must be willing to have flexibility to cover support for the business, this may involve working evenings and weekends.


Specifically, the Analyst - Legal Operations will

  • Support day to day delivery across managed services workstreams with strong expertise in TeamConnect.
  • Support the matter management lifecycle.
  • Review legal spend and eBilling.


Experience

  • 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent track record in previous customer support/customer service engagements.
  • Experience as a business analyst, legal operations analyst, or similar role within an organization.
  • Prior role as a consultant or in-house strategy analyst.


Technical Skills

  • Demonstrated track record of utilizing and supporting TeamConnect is required.
  • Experience with legal eBilling.
  • Experienced and proficient with Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.


Qualifications

  • Degree or relevant work experience in a relevant industry.


Compensation

  • The pay range for this remote role is $70,000-$75,000.
