Affiliate Account Manager

We’re hiring an Affiliate Account Manager for a well-known agency in the New York City area.

If you’re strategic, analytical, and excited by affiliate and influencer marketing, this could be a great fit. We’re looking for someone with 2–5 years of affiliate marketing experience who can balance client satisfaction with team success, turn business goals into action, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This position is 4 Days in the office, NY Metro Area

What you’ll do:

• Manage, negotiate, and grow affiliate partner relationships across a diverse client portfolio
• Pull weekly and monthly performance reports and present optimization insights to clients
• Develop strategies around commission testing, dynamic attribution, and cross-channel analysis
• Improve workflows and processes for strong team productivity
• Handle day-to-day execution within affiliate networks

What we’re looking for:

• 2–5 years of affiliate marketing experience
• Experience with platforms like Impact, Pepperjam, or ShareASale, plus reporting tools like Affluent
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset
• Comfort working with established brands and across multiple verticals
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
