What You’ll Do:
Manage inbound and outbound calls (front-desk style — not a call center!)
Handle inboxes, calendars, and schedules with attention to detail
Prepare and manage documents, reports, and CRM updates
Communicate confidently and professionally via phone, email, and chat

What We’re Looking For:
Fluent English (C1/C2) + Spanish or Portuguese
2+ years of experience in administrative or customer service roles
Executive mindset: organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
Strong skills in Microsoft Office, CRMs, and multitasking across platforms
Reliable home office setup with stable internet and good tech
A laptop/desktop Windows 11+ with >7GB usable RAM, Intel Core 8th Generation/ Ryzen 3 2nd-gen or higher
