That’s where you come in.


As an Account Executive, you’ll help companies rethink how they run internal operations - turning curiosity into conviction, and conviction into long-term customers.


What you’ll do


You’ll own the full sales motion - from first touch to close - and everything in between.

  • Run the entire sales cycle: prospecting → discovery → demo → close (together with our amazing SDR team!)
  • Tell compelling, multi-use-case stories that show real business impact
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders (VPs, C-suite, functional leaders)
  • Lead deep discovery to uncover real pain (not just surface-level needs)
  • Design and run pilots/POCs to prove ROI
  • Navigate complex, multi-threaded deals and procurement processes
  • Partner with product, marketing, and customer success to win and expand accounts
  • Help shape the playbook—this isn’t a “just execute” role (You’re not just closing deals—you’re helping define how we sell.)


What you’re selling


Harmony is an AI-First Enterprise Service Management platform that brings together service desk over Slack and Teams, Asset Management, Application/SaaS Management, and AI Agents into one system.

  • AI agents that autonomously resolve tickets and user requests
  • A system that continuously learns from usage to generate a real-time knowledge base
  • Proactive automation that detects and fixes issues before users even notice
  • One unified platform replacing fragmented IT, HR, and operations tools


In short: fewer tickets, faster resolution, and dramatically less manual work across the company.


What we’re looking for


  • 3-7+ years in B2B SaaS sales (mid-market or enterprise preferred)
  • Experience selling Software Infrastructure products - IT, Cyber Security, Cloud, Developer Tools, etc.
  • Startup experience is a big plus
  • Track record of hitting or exceeding quota in competitive environments
  • Strong discovery and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to translate product capabilities into business value
  • Executive presence - you’re comfortable selling to senior leaders
  • A builder mindset: you thrive in ambiguity and create structure where none exists
