2D Animator (Krita) | $70/hr Remote

Position: 2D Animator (Krita)

Type: Contract

Compensation: $20 - $70/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

• Leverage strong Krita skills to create high-quality 2D illustrations, assets, and graphics.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Krita s brushes, layers, and vector tools to deliver polished visual solutions.
• Produce simple 2D animation sequences and project files using Krita.
• Follow end-to-end workflows to ensure that all project requirements and timelines are met.
• Collaborate via written and verbal channels, clearly articulating creative ideas and feedback.
• Contribute domain expertise to support the training and refinement of AI models focused on artistic tasks.

Requirements

• Have proven experience with Krita, including brushes, layers, and vector functionalities.
• Possess a strong portfolio of 2D illustrations and graphic design work, demonstrating advanced artistic ability.
• Have a solid understanding of end-to-end project workflows within Krita.
• Be able to create and deliver simple 2D animations in Krita.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
