Got something even better though. A beautiful pregnant wife with a baby girl inbound and a new lexus to drive them all around town in! Leading the best amazon agency of 40+ full time employees, friends, and some of my favorite brands combined with fatherhood prep feels like driving 5 lambos. So it still feels like I'm #winning as charlie sheen says lol. My daughter should be here any day now! Thinking about her arrival every .6 seconds, then amazon, then back to her arrival. heheheh. #fatherhood #entrepreneurship

Officially promoted to Sr. Manager in May - 4 promotions later and now leading my own team, I couldn't have done it without the help from some incredible leaders and mentors: Jonathan Cole, Mia Rowe, Eric Eisner, Megan Caputo Completed Tinuiti's Amplifi Program in June - 9 months of Leadership Development training, consisting of hands on workshops with our exec team and culminating with a capstone project tackling real business challenges. Shoutout to the best team: Dorie Speer, Emily Lavender, Cathy Mace Winner of a Tinuiti Core Value Award in July - recognized with the Clients Grow, We Grow award, one of 3 individual achievement awards handed out at the agency. A huge thank you to all of my teammates over the years for making this possible - for answering my countless questions, for staying on late with me to review media plans or knockout reporting, and for always pushing me to be my best. I don't think anything will compare to this next adventure. First, I gotta thank my business partner and wife of the Tejada Family Fund, Lyndsey. All the late nights, encouragement, and all the good times that led us to this moment. Shoutout to our board (aka my parents) for the guidance, the advice, and the rulebook on how to launch a successful child business. And to our special advisors, Marco, my sisters, our friends, thank you for supporting us along the way. Now for this investment, what am I hoping for in ROI? Return on a healthy child. I was honored to: • Finish #3 nationally out of 400+ Business Development Managers for annual sales performance. • Earn President’s Club. • Be selected as a Field Sales Trainer, with the opportunity to mentor and develop new team members. • Be chosen as 1 of only 9 employees nationwide for Allergan Aesthetics’ Sales Training Preceptorship. While I’m incredibly proud of these milestones, what I’m most grateful for are the people behind them—my customers who trust me as a partner, my teammates who continually challenge and inspire me, and the leaders and mentors who’ve invested in my growth along the way. I’ve learned that success isn’t just about individual results. It’s about continuously learning, helping others grow, and finding ways to create value every day. Today, I'm climbing new heights in tech, and I couldn't feel more at home at Samsara. Last quarter, our team broke records, and I was fortunate to finish as the #1 rep in my region.
