Everything is laid out clearly, so each day I know exactly what exercises, tasks, and milestones I need to complete. The daily reminders and checklists have been especially helpful for keeping my rehabilitation on track and taking the guesswork out of what I should be doing at each stage of recovery. Instead of trying to remember everything from appointments or paperwork, I can open the app and immediately see what needs to be done that day. Overall, SX/RX has made staying consistent with my recovery much easier and has given me a clear roadmap to follow throughout the rehabilitation process.
