Idit Matas shared thisWould you agree?…Idit Matas shared thisSupport hears the blame. Engineering feels the burden. Support gets hit with “Why did you break this?” Engineering gets hit with “Why can’t you handle this?” The friction is real, and if you’re in the middle, you’ve felt it. In this episode of Live Chat, Idit Matas talked about what really helps: empathy. Not a vague value, but a practiced skill. A choice to step back and ask, “What pressure is that team under right now?” It doesn’t solve everything. Traditional gifts didn't cut it; we wanted to think outside the box and show support where it actually matters. The answer led us to the North, to the people feeling these times the most. We partnered with the incredible Noa from Dreams in Nature - חלומות בטבע, whose herb garden is literally on the boarder. To bring true clean energy into our homes, our team received a curated box of goodies from the North. Supporting the community all while bringing these amazing scents into our homes, is the best feeling ever. Wishing you all a meaningful and happy Passover! 💖

Idit Matas reacted on thisIdit Matas reacted on thisAlmost 3 years in Customer Success at Qodo, and today is the kind of day that reminds me exactly why I joined. We just announced our $70M Series B, bringing total capital raised to $120M. But for me, this milestone isn't about the number. It's about what it means for every team we work with. Our customers aren't just trying to ship faster. They're trying to ship better. They're watching AI-generated code flood their codebases and asking: how do we stay in control? How do we maintain quality at this speed? That's exactly the problem Itamar Friedman and Dedy Kredo built Qodo to solve. Not just smarter code generation, but a system wise enough to govern it. Code review, context, standards, all working together so engineering teams don't have to choose between velocity and quality. This funding means we can go deeper for our customers. More precision. More coverage. More of the capabilities that turn AI from a liability into something teams can actually trust. To every customer who believed in us early: this round is for you. And we're just getting started. #Qodo #SeriesB #ArtificialWisdom #CodeQuality

Idit Matas reacted on thisIdit Matas reacted on thisThis week I attended KubeCon in Amsterdam, once again a great opportunity to see where the community is heading. Huge thanks to Routific for the opportunity. It’s been especially interesting to see how AI is being adopted by platform engineers, with many concrete use cases that made me think about how we could apply similar ideas at Routific, improve the architecture of the agents we’ve already introduced, and make better use of AI overall. One thing KubeCon keeps proving to me is that while the sessions are great, the booths can be just as valuable, if not more. At one point I was trying to quickly put together a POC with Port.io, and Anna Persico jumped in to help me debug issues in real time, which was incredibly helpful and much appreciated. Really enjoyed being in Amsterdam with the team (and the beers we had together 🙃). Now looking forward to bringing these learnings back and applying them to real problems we want to solve at Routific. Lots of ideas, but one thing at a time 🙂

SaaS teams are trying to do more with the same (or smaller) headcount—especially in support, success, RevOps, and product. AI agents are starting to carry real weight here: automating onboarding flows, watching accounts for churn signals, triaging tickets, syncing data across tools, and even coordinating actions across multiple systems without a human in the middle. In our latest breakdown at AppMakers USA, we show how AI agents plug into SaaS workflows end to end: from trial activation and in-app guidance to support, renewals, and expansion. If ARR, retention, and efficiency all sit on your dashboard, this is the kind of system design you should be looking at. 👉 Read the full article here: https://lnkd.in/gbVus-cE #AIAgents #SaaS #RevOps #CustomerSuccess #AppMakersUSA

In 2014, Kaveh Rostampor was battling churn at a SaaS company. His future co-founder was doing the same — just at another company. They joined forces and built Planhat — a customer success platform born out of firsthand pain. For six years, they bootstrapped. No splashy budgets. No shortcuts. Just relentless focus on building a product that worked and cold-calling their way to early customers. What stood out: Deep customer problem understanding > fancy growth hacks Two channels were enough to scale Even after raising $50M, they kept a bootstrapped mindset If you're grinding through early traction or trying to stay focused as you scale, Kaveh’s story is a masterclass in staying lean, listening hard, and building slow on purpose. 🎧 https://saasclub.io/401 #SaaS #CustomerSuccess #Startups #Founders #Bootstrapping #ProductMarketFit

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege, luck, or intuition to work with incredible managers. People who gave me clear goals, trusted me, and let me run. And a few who didn’t. Who micromanaged every step. Tal Sarig-Avraham Didi Azaria Aviv Canaani Sari Brosh Rechav Eyal Zehavi Sergei Sorin (If I tagged you, you’re in the first group) ==== What’s interesting is that many of us, myself included, micromanage our new agent “employees” instead of letting them thrive. We define every step in the flow, every tool they should use, every check, and every decision. And then we’re surprised when we get mediocre results. ==== In the latest PMMiya Podcast episode, I sat down with Jonathan Fishman (VP Marketing at Sett) to talk about the shift we need to make: Context. Skills. Tools. Memory. And above all: OKRs instead of feature lists. The same principle applies. Give your agents clear goals and the right context, enable them, and don’t micromanage them. They’ll not only perform better. They’ll surprise you. Average agents are usually a management problem, not an AI problem. Link in the comments. Oryan Aviner Yair Ronen

"AI is eliminating manual prospecting," but that's not even the real story here. Yoni Tserruya (Lusha) breaks down why RevOps is becoming THE most critical role in GTM teams 🤔 The shift he describes is seismic: 📍 From recruiters to sellers: Regardless of where your tool starts, in the end, it has to prove that it helps you to drive revenue. His company is the backbone of B2B revenue. That migration tells you everything about where value creation happens today. 📍 From spray-and-pray to signal-based: Machine learning isn't just filtering leads, it's predicting buyer intent before buyers know they're buyers. The companies ignoring these signals are already dead; they don't know it yet. 📍 From tools to agents: "The next era of software will be built around automation, agents, and on-demand UI." Translation: Your sales stack is about to become sentient. ❇️ The quote that stopped me cold: When RevOps becomes more critical than Sales Ops, you're not just changing roles, but you're admitting that revenue is now an engineering problem, not a relationship problem. ✴️ Yoni's take on defensibility in AI-native SaaS is particularly sharp when everyone has AI; your moat isn't the technology. It's the signals you capture that others can't (pause for a moment and think through). 🎯If you're in sales leadership or building in the GTM space, RevOps is no longer your support function; it's your competitive advantage and the roadmap to revenue growth that leaves competitors behind. #startups #venturecapital #sales #moderngtm #gtmai

When your SaaS go-to-market fit breaks, panic sets in quickly. Deals stall. Churn accelerates. Teams scramble for answers. Every day of delay makes recovery harder and more expensive. We see companies waste weeks debating strategy while competitors capture market share. The right response requires immediate action, not endless analysis. Here's the 4-week emergency framework that stops the bleeding: 1. Week 1: Immediate Damage Control 🚨 Triage top 20% revenue accounts, accelerate renewals with favorable terms, align leadership messaging. 2. Week 2: Stakeholder Management Prepare honest investor updates with recovery plans, gather feedback from strategic partners and customers. 3. Week 3: Quick Wins Implementation Fix obvious conversion issues, update sales materials, deploy satisfaction surveys for immediate insights. 4. Week 4: Strategic Recovery Foundation ✅ Synthesize data into actionable insights, develop detailed 90-day roadmap, launch highest-priority initiatives. The key insight: Crisis response requires parallel execution, not sequential planning. Protect existing revenue while rebuilding the growth engine. Speed matters more than perfection when your GTM engine breaks down. What's your experience with rapid SaaS recovery—what worked fastest? 💭 Read our latest blog here: https://lnkd.in/ekdBrTzV #SaaS #GTMCrisis #BusinessRecovery #SalesStrategy #B2BStrategy

Someone had asked me for an advice on how to improve their production resiliency and operational. They have built a good CI/CD pipeline, with dashboards, alerts and automations, however one critical flaw was that there was no separation between the CI/CD environment and the production environment. At Wix Engineering we make sure to separate the two. We don't even use the same technology stack to build production / customer facing services and internal services, and of course the two environments are completely separate. The reason for doing that is that we want to make sure that if we have a production incident and something is misconfigured or misbehaving on our production env, we are still able to push a fix to production, where if the CI/CD was on the same environment and stack as our production env, it would have suffered the same downtime, hindering our ability to push fixes safely.

What’s in Sreedhar Peddineni’s Agentic GTM OS? A system built around one leverage point: Activation determines revenue. Sreedhar has been building at that layer for decades. Co-founder of Gainsight Co-founder & CEO of GTM Buddy Built products and GTM systems across multiple enterprise cycles His model reflects a consistent pattern: – content, enablement, and execution must operate as one system – knowledge only matters if it’s activated inside the deal – revenue is constrained by how fast teams can apply context – AI becomes valuable when it drives action, not insight At GTM Buddy, that becomes explicit: A revenue activation engine for the agentic sales era. Where: – content, signals, and guidance are embedded in workflows – sellers receive context at the moment of execution – enablement shifts from training → in-flow decision support – GTM becomes a system of continuous activation This is the shift: From enablement → execution From content → context From knowledge → action The constraint is no longer information. It’s activation. Sreedhar brings this perspective to the CEO Roundtable: CEO panel: Agentic GTM Methodology – From Experimentation to Operating Discipline Mar 26 | 10:00 am PT A discussion on how GTM systems evolve when execution becomes the primary bottleneck, and how leading teams redesign around activation. I recently had a great discussion with our Head of Customer Success, Aviv Ronen, about why job descriptions are quickly becoming a thing of the past. The reality is that almost no one reads an entire JD, and most candidates apply when they meet only half the listed requirements. Add in the disconnect between recruiters and hiring managers, and you’ve got a tool that does little to help companies attract the right talent. Platforms like LinkedIn & Indeed already do much of the filtering, which makes the traditional JD even less relevant in today’s hiring landscape. Kevin Weil, CPO at OpenAI, recently posted about hiring research scientists. And of course, OpenAI has no shortage of applicants, they’re one of the most desirable companies in the world. But what about everyone else? Most companies don’t have the luxury of unlimited inbound interest, and yet they continue to rely on outdated, lengthy JDs that fail to connect with candidates in a meaningful way. This gap between how jobs are described and how talent actually searches is costing organizations great people. That’s why we’re building GoPerfect. Our platform helps companies move past outdated job descriptions and toward clear, concise, human messaging that attracts the right candidates. When I work with clients, I emphasize keeping things short, direct, and focused on what truly matters because that’s what drives results. In hiring, clarity beats complexity every time.

Customer success doesn’t happen by accident. It requires focus, structure, and accountability. That’s why we’re excited to have Kunal R. leading Customer Success at Applitools as our Chief Customer Officer. In his first blog post, Kunal shares how we’re evolving the way we partner with customers to help teams achieve measurable outcomes from their testing strategy. The goal is simple: Every customer should clearly understand what success looks like, how progress will be measured, and how our work together drives meaningful business results. This includes: • Joint success planning • Proactive engagement based on real usage signals • Regular executive alignment through executive business reviews (EBR) to ensure progress and accountability If you’re an Applitools customer, you’ll see this approach reflected in how we plan, collaborate, and measure success together. #Expect2Win Read the full post: https://lnkd.in/eKtf4yVr

Wrapping up my posts about DrupalCon ATL, I want to share with you another great talk I had at the Platform.sh booth with Jameel Moses from Interactive Strategies. We invited conference goers to listen in as we chatted about why Platform.sh is Jameel's go-to PaaS for hosting any PHP project. The reasons behind this? There's actually a few: - standardization achieved across a fleet of over 60 websites - automation through infrastructure as code and robust API - customized source operations - unparalleled support The above points allow for Interactive Strategies to work efficiently, leading them to focus on what really matters: producing meaningful results for their clients, like The Wilson Center.
