Just read "Liquid: How CEOs and CTOs Unlock Flow and Momentum in Complex Systems". Basic summary for design leaders... 1) Complex systems are best when flowing like water vs. frozen or boiling. 2) Seeing the system is like Neo seeing the Matrix. 3) Being able to identify areas of boiling vs. freezing helps leaders encourage behaviors to get teams back into a liquid / flow state. It's amazing to read so many similar content available in public domain. Still, we lack the ability to retrospect the process within the company and learn from it. AI agents don’t break.They expose broken data ownership. If procurement, finance, and supply chain don’t agree on who owns a supplier… no model in the world can fix that. AI doesn’t create chaos — it accelerates whatever governance already exists. That’s why the real AI strategy starts with platform and data ownership, not prompts.

Interesting stuff from Nate Jones on Anthropic's new Claude Cowork product. I think the most compelling point he made was that your local machine is “non-adversarial.” Browser agents are great, but just have lots of hurdles. Companies are locking down information faster - and for good reason (Cloudflare is doing some very interesting work here…) To Nates point, your local machine / computer is default “cooperative” which is great for any really effective work with agents. https://lnkd.in/gkizCDSP
