Great Leadership is not possible w/o Great Team Members. Not all ideas from the Leader are the best. Not all ideas from the Team are the best. Ideas discussed by and with the Leader and the Team can become the best and maybe even be great. Great Leaders value the ideas of the Team. The Team will follow a Great Leader.

Influential leaders understand that the success of their organization is directly linked to their team’s success. By surrounding themselves with people who are experts in their field, they can harness the collective skills and knowledge of their team to help the organization achieve its vision and goals. Great leaders embrace the expertise of those around them because there’s no shame in admitting that you don’t know everything. In fact, acknowledging your own limitations and seeking out help and guidance is a sign of strength, not weakness. So embrace the opportunity to learn from others and surround yourself with people who can challenge you to be your best self. By actively seeking out those more knowledgeable than you, you can learn new things and expand your understanding of the world, which will only benefit the people you are entrusted to serve.
