One exciting change: our Contact Center is becoming the Customer Success Center. It’s more than a name change, it reflects our commitment to helping our customers succeed. After serving in the role on an interim basis over the past few months, I’m grateful for the opportunity to officially step into the position and continue supporting our Guitar Center and Music & Arts retail teams. I’ve had the privilege of working alongside an incredible Talent Acquisition team and partnering with leaders across the business who care deeply about our people, our stores, and our customers. I’m thankful for the trust, support, collaboration, and encouragement I’ve received along the way. I’m excited to continue leading this amazing team, advancing our internal mobility strategy, and helping our retail organization attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent.
