Bill Bledsoe (he/him) shared thisMichael is a pro, period. His technical abilities combined with great business sense made him a force multiplier. Plus, his doggo is super cute! If you or anyone you know is looking for IT strategy, tactical or otherwise, make sure you include Michael in your search. You'll be happy you did.Bill Bledsoe (he/him) shared thisHi Friends - It’s been almost 8 full months since my last day of work and 10 months since I started my search. It is a tough job market out there, and I know there are folks who have been struggling longer than me. Between market conditions, fighting to get through the AI screeners, and the fact that in this remote work world you’re not just competing with candidates in your home area, it can be discouraging. That all said, if your company is looking for an experienced IT leader, or you are aware of an organization that is, I would deeply appreciate a recommendation. In particular, I’m looking for IT Manager, Senior Manager, or Director roles where I can drive IAM, device management, automations, vendor management, employee lifecycle, and IT budgeting. If you know anyone that would be a good person for me to network with, please connect me or tag them in the comments. Similarly, if any of you are in a similar boat and I can help in any way, don’t hesitate to reach out. I’d also love to connect with any other IT professionals out there and hear about your experiences. As much as my dog loves the extra attention she’s been getting all this time, I’m sure she’d really like to see me working so she can get back to reading. Don’t let her down!

Bill Bledsoe (he/him) shared thisDiscover, deliver, learn, iterate, deliver. It is a phrase that I coined when I first started my product management journey and it keeps me grounded when I start to think about "all the cool stuff" we could be doing. Our customers hire us to do a job. In the case of ArcSpan, that job is to help publishers monetize better, and more efficiently. We do that in a bunch of innovative ways, but if you don't deliver, the cool stuff is moot. The work we've done with LADbible Group couldn't be a better example of this in action. We delivered first; we were able to seamlessly migrate their existing environment and run it in parallel, showing real results immediately. We will continue to learn with LADbible, iterating both our products and their results. We'll keep delivering those iterations as well. That's the cycle. It is at the heart of delivering maximum value to your customers. Product Management helps orchestrate that cycle, along with other key functions like Engineering, Customer Satisfaction, etc. Couldn't be more excited to see the partnership that James Dempsey 🔜 DMEXCO and Oliver Schwazer have developed grow, along with LADBible's results. Bill Bledsoe (he/him) shared thisHappy Monday all. If you're out there looking in the Marketing/Ad Tech space, Marc's got some roles you need to check out. #payitforwardBill Bledsoe (he/him) shared thisYou want the roles? You can't handle the roles! I need a few good people , see below. Please email me or connect here if these roles below are relevant to you. If these are not for you help your network by paying it forward. This week I will be moving a child into school. Her first year, my last child but I will still be available just not as much. Bill Bledsoe (he/him) shared thisMarc's at it again. More gems of wisdom and some great roles. #payitforwardBill Bledsoe (he/him) shared thisTONS OF ROLES, SCROLL DOWN. I hired a kid to paint my porch. When he came back to get paid, he said, "By the way, that was a BMW, not a Porsche." During the jobs search, you need to listen and follow directions, little things can sink your candidacy. The little things are avoidable . I used to say in every post REACH OUT TO THEM NOT ME. I decided I was being kinda rude in all caps and annoying as you probably understood what I was doing. Well as I continue to add new folks to my network and I will get a note saying I want to apply for X role you shared. I have nothing to do with these roles. The only thing, all of these folks are in my network and I saw them pass my feed. I share for them and I share for you. A lot of roles today, nothing else until Monday. Bill Bledsoe (he/him) posted thisI'm super-excited to announce that I've joined ArcSpan as their SVP of Product. ArcSpan sits in a very unique place in the Ad Tech space as a true partner to Publishers helping them monetize more efficiently. I've been working with Art Muldoon Garret Vreeland, Christopher Guenther, Balaji Rao to help build out their Mobile capabilities. The team is fantastic; so smart and so creative. ArcSpan sits at the nexus of some wonderful opportunities that can solve a lot of the new challenges facing the ad industry; I'm genuinely excited for the road ahead. I wanted to take a moment to thank some key folks that have been helpful in my search for my next role. Whether providing inspiration, pep talks or just plain being there, this group has helped in many ways. So... shout out to Loren Schwartz, Scott Greenberg, Sudy Karuthodiyil, Karl Reece, Robert Neer, Ken Murphy, Leslie Grandy, Kya Sainsbury-Carter, Jennifer Kattula, JENN REEVES, Michael Kluck, Norm Estabrook, Marc Goldberg. It has been a journey that you survive & advance with good advice and healthy dose of persistence. Let's go!

Bill Bledsoe (he/him) reacted on thisBill Bledsoe (he/him) reacted on thisOver the past few months on the side, in my own time, I’ve been building something new. With 20+ years in tech marketing at companies like Microsoft, Meta, Dropbox, and LinkedIn, I keep coming back to one simple belief: When a business has a clear message, everything else gets easier. The website. Social content. Customer conversations. Even helping other people explain the business consistently. But many founders are reinventing that message every time they communicate. I believe the best messaging starts with listening, then turns what a founder already knows into a simple, reusable framework that customers can understand and the business can use consistently. Rails, not a rigid script. That’s what I’m building through DeKay Marketing Advisory. I’m opening three introductory spots for a focused Messaging Tune-Up for businesses whose messaging feels a bit unclear, could be more consistent, or no longer reflects what the business has become over time. If this sounds familiar in your own business or if a founder or small-business owner comes to mind, please send me a DM or consider making an introduction. If you’d like to learn more, I’ve also shared a link to my landing page in the comments below. Thanks so much! #SmallBusinessMarketing #MessagingStrategy #FounderLedBusiness

Bill Bledsoe (he/him) liked thisBill Bledsoe (he/him) liked thisThree months ago I committed to building PropElle in public. Here's what actually happened. I am data driven person, so the numbers first: 20,081 LinkedIn impressions. 4,414 people reached. Over 200 new followers on my profile, not counting my business pages. 3 articles published. 8+ videos filmed. 6 podcasts recorded. 2 speaking appearances: Mic Drop Marathon, Fearless Women Summit. Countless workshops. And a new 4-week cohort program launching in September. But the numbers are not the story. The learning is. The most important thing that changed in three months wasn't a metric. It was a realization. I started building PropElle for "women founders." That's technically true. But it's not specific enough to build a real business around. I had done the work to target specific client targets: the tech outsider woman who needs an expert to help her get started and build her idea, the early stage bootstrapping woman who's spent weeks or months trying to do it all on her own and realizing she needs an outside expertise to unlock the next steps. Three months of showing up, writing, posting, talking to people, watching what landed and what didn't, taught me something I couldn't have learned otherwise. The woman I'm also built for is still employed. She has a job in tech. She has income. And she has an idea she's been sitting on. But she is not showing up in the startup groups or discussions. She thinks she has no time. She stays in the shadow: torn between her pull to start building, and her fear to be seen. She does not fully feel urgency yet. She knows her name will be on that layoff list. But not today. So she waits for the next one semi-relieved. Nobody has helped her see that the risk of staying invisible is higher than the risk of being seen. That clarity on this other type of client changed everything. My content. My offerings. The conversations I have. The way I position what I do. Here's what else I learned: the posts that performed best weren't the ones I worked hardest on. They were the ones I shared my passions and beliefs. The tech redirection post about my friend who wanted to quit. The World Cup anticipation post about dreams I thought were impossible. The community dinner post about what PropElle is becoming. Vulnerability outperforms strategy every single time. And consistency is the most underrated thing in building an audience. Not one viral post. Not the perfect hook. Just showing up. Again. And again. Adjusting. Showing up again. Testing. Learning always. I'm not where I thought I'd be at month three. I'm somewhere better! I know who I'm building for. I know what they need. And I know what I'm building next. And more importantly I am true to myself in my content, and loving what I do. That's worth more than any impression count. What's the thing that surprised you most about the last three months of whatever you've been building? #WomenFounders #BuildingInPublic #PropElle #ProductStrategy #WomenInTech

Bill Bledsoe (he/him) liked thisBill Bledsoe (he/him) liked thisI’ve been pretty quiet on LinkedIn for a long time. Not because I stopped having opinions. That would be wildly out of character. Mostly, I had a job I cared about, clients to support, people to work with, things to build, and problems to solve. After 15 years with Motivation Technologies, the company was recently acquired by Integrity Web Consulting. As the organizations came together, my role ultimately came to an end. It wasn’t the change I would have planned, but I’ve always believed change creates opportunity — even when it arrives unexpectedly. So, I’m back. I’m reconnecting, I’m going to be around more, and I’m officially open to what’s next. I’m looking for senior roles around product innovation, creative technology, product strategy, solutions strategy, and emerging technology/AI. The common thread in my work has been helping figure out what should be built when the answer isn’t obvious yet — then working across product, creative, technical, and client teams to make the idea real. I started as a developer and architect, and I still like to build when it helps: prototypes, working demos, architecture, code, or simply enough of an idea to let people react to something tangible. Generative AI is also a big part of how I work every day and a true force multiplier across research, ideation, prototyping, development, content, and client solution work. If you know of a team looking for someone like that — or someone I should meet — I’d love an introduction. You can learn more and take a look at a nice fresh resume by visiting my profile. #OpenToWork #ProductInnovation #CreativeTechnology #ProductStrategy #GenerativeAI #AI #DigitalStrategy #InnovationLeadership

Sure, Universal Commerce Protocol (UCP) is cool...but did you catch the other major release from Google? Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (CX). "Powered by our most advanced Gemini models, Gemini Enterprise for CX introduces new pre-built and configurable agents that can be deployed in days, not months, capable of managing the entire customer lifecycle — from initial product discovery to autonomous post-purchase resolution. These agents are much more than simple chatbots answering questions: They can independently plan, reason, and act on your behalf, under your supervision." --- This new release is mega, and will surely impact the 3 MILLION CX roles that exist. Working with customer experience moving forward will surely involve more robots (whether you know it or not).

Yesterday, we talked about seamless AI and the enduring value of human connection. Today, let’s go one layer deeper, still at #NRF, still grounded in data. 📊 63% of consumers want GenAI to deliver hyper-personalized content and product recommendations based on their individual preferences. (Capgemini Research Institute, What matters to today’s consumer 2026) That number is telling consumers are no longer asking brands to "recommend more". They’re asking brands to understand better. They’re willing to share their preferences. They’re open to AI-driven recommendations. But only if the experience feels relevant, contextual and respectful. This is exactly the philosophy behind The Invisible AI. Not AI as a loud interface. Not AI as a gimmick. But AI as quiet intelligence in the background, connecting signals, anticipating needs, and letting the experience feel natural. We’re exploring this shift live at Capgemini New York Office during #NRF26. If you’re attending, come see us. And if you want to go deeper, you can download studie and Invisible AI here: 🔗 What matters to today’s consumer 2026, Capgemini Research Institute: https://lnkd.in/e4JE5nAS 🔗 The Invisible AI, Capgemini: https://lnkd.in/eWE38Ry3 Because the future of commerce isn’t about showing more AI. What if RETAIL AI didn’t just recommend - but actually executes the next best action across your value chain? On January 8, 2026, Microsoft announced new agentic AI capabilities designed to connect merchandising, marketing, store operations and fulfillment into a coordinated “intelligence layer” so teams can anticipate, decide and act faster. Two parts I’m watching closely: a) Copilot Checkout: shoppers can complete purchases discovered in Copilot without being redirected - now available in the U.S., with partners including PayPal, Shopify and Stripe. b) Retail agents: from brand-aligned shopping agents to catalog enrichment and a store operations agent that supports associates with inventory, policies and next-best actions. And for the shop floor: pairing these experiences with Surface Copilot+ PCs brings secure, mobile, on-device AI performance to every shift. https://lnkd.in/dfP8QyPZ
