Unless the government employs competent business leaders and technocrats to reinvigorate service delivery and invests the money necessary to allow SOEs to expand to meet growing demand, this state of affairs will only persist.

Interesting piece, The fund’s thesis is important, but the managers are even more important. Reading all the documents, asking the right questions, and knowing how the fund operates are things you can’t skip. As the fund-startup relationship it´s often like a marriage, so should be the relationship of a fund and it´s LPs.
