Ajay Agarwal shared thisOver the past 12 months, Cofactr has become the defacto partner for the leading startups and established companies in the defense sector to ensure compliance, speed, and availability for their electronic components and supply chain. Amazing to see the momentum!Ajay Agarwal shared this🚀 Big news: Cofactr has seen approximately 10x year-over-year growth in both procurement volume and warehouse volume. That growth is coming from aerospace, defense, space, robotics, semiconductor, and other critical hardware industries, sectors where compliance, traceability, and material control aren't optional, they're the job. Part of the momentum: Cofactr has been selected by U.S. defense technology companies to support production ramps on several programs, as federal policy puts new emphasis on electronic component sourcing, documentation, and supply chain risk. "Critical hardware companies already operate on demanding development and production schedules," said Matthew Haber, CEO and co-founder of Cofactr. "The challenge is maintaining the compliance, traceability and supply chain control those programs require without creating additional friction as they scale." Ajay Agarwal shared thisI have had the pleasure of working with BUILD for nearly twenty years as a board member. I am so excited to see BUILD and Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) come together to deliver entrepreneurship education to thousands of high school students in underserved communities. Through entrepreneurship, our students learn business and life skills which help propel them to college or vocational school and beyond. With the combination of BUILD and Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE), we can expand access to our programs, serve more students, and roll out more innovative programs that leverage the best of digital and in person learning. Congrats to the leadership of both organizations for making this happen. And a huge shout out to Suzanne McKechnie Klahr, the original founder of BUILD, whose leadership and commitment has positively impacted the lives of so many students. Thais Rezende. Ayele Shakur. For those in the tech ecosystem and startup world who are believers in entrepreneurship and want to make a difference in the world, I'd encourage you to check out Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) and get involved!Ajay Agarwal shared thisNetwork for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) and BUILD are coming together to transform the future of entrepreneurship education! NFTE & BUILD's intent to merge comes not only from an existing partnership and shared mission, but also from a deeply collaborative process between the two organizations’ leadership. Hear from NFTE President & CEO Dr. J.D. LaRock and BUILD President & Interim CEO Thais Rezende as they share why this moment matters. We are merging to meet the moment, to help close the gap between what’s taught in classrooms and the skills young people need to navigate the future of work. Together, we’re expanding access to entrepreneurship education, driving stronger outcomes, advancing systemic change, and laying the foundation for a future family of brands that will allow us to reach even more young people. Ajay Agarwal shared thisThe world of physical AI will produce bigger winners and have a more profound impact on society and business than everything we've seen so far from LLMs. We are proud to back one of the singular founders of our generation, Travis Kalanick, as he and the team at Atoms automate the physical world.Ajay Agarwal shared thisToday, we're announcing a $1.7B equity investment in Atoms, led by Andreessen Horowitz. As part of this round, our operating businesses have merged into one Atoms equity structure. At Atoms, we’re on a mission to build physical automation to transform industry and move the world. If you look around, everything is grown or mined, manufactured and moved. That is industry - the large-scale, organized production of the things civilization runs on. Mining, construction, heavy transport, food production. Trillion-dollar sectors that have gone barely a generation without a genuine technological transformation. That is about to change. The impetus is Industrial AI - systems of software, sensors, robotics, and AI that automate the operations of entire industrial sectors. Industrial AI is what will power the next industrial revolution. Atoms is the OEM for atoms-based computers across the industries that move the physical world: - Atoms Food - infrastructure for better food. - Atoms Mining - more productive mines to power earth’s industries. - Atoms Transport - wheelbase for robots. For eight years, we've been building quietly. This round is fuel for the next phase - more machines, more deployments, more of the hardest problems in the physical world attacked at once. This is going to take builders with vision, grit, systems thinking, resilience, and a fighting spirit. Nature is going to throw everything it has at the builders in this new industrial age and it’s going to take humanity’s strongest to stay the course and get these complex systems and industries over the finish line. Thank you to Andreessen Horowitz and our capital partners for backing the progress machines we build to power this next industrial revolution. If you’re looking for a challenge, come join the team. Ajay Agarwal shared thisCongratulations to Noah S. and Noah McGuinness and the entire team at TerraFirma on the $100M Series A round! My partner Ron Miasnik and I have had the pleasure of working with the Noahs since the seed stage and it's amazing to see their vision come to life. Lots of companies are promoting Physical AI with cool demos, big funding rounds, and lots of hype. In contrast, TerraFirma is performing large jobs as we speak with the largest deployed fleets in the field and construction autonomy that is transforming the industry today. We are thrilled to be doubling down our investment in this round. The Noahs told us during the seed pitch: "First Texas, then the World, then eventually Mars". They are making this vision a reality at astonishing speed.Ajay Agarwal shared thisToday, we’re announcing that TerraFirma has raised $115 million in funding, including a $100M Series A led by Kleiner Perkins. TerraFirma is the world’s leading robotic construction company, combining robotics, software, and tech-enabled operations to make constructing critical infrastructure ten times faster, cheaper, and safer. Construction is struggling. There is a massive labor shortage. Projects routinely go over budget and fall behind schedule, while demand continues to outpace supply. Construction is also one of the few major industries in America in which productivity has declined since 1960. How do we fix it? How do we give America the ability to build again? TerraFirma is our answer. We combine the fast-paced, innovative culture of companies like SpaceX, The Boring Company, and Tesla with the tried-and-true expertise of decades-old, world-leading general contractors and subcontractors. We are simultaneously innovating on both the technology and the operating model needed to transform construction. Over the past 12 months, we have grown the company more than 10x. We are performing projects across the world, and by the end of October 2026, we are on track to operate 3 of the top 3 largest robotic construction fleets in the world, each on a different continent, bringing unprecedented speed, scale, and efficiency to some of the world’s most complex critical infrastructure projects. We are also bringing a new generation of workers into construction: young, hardworking Americans from all walks of life who can control heavy machinery through an easy-to-use, video game-style interface. We are giving them the opportunity to operate robots, build critical infrastructure, and help shape America’s future. This is not disruption for disruption’s sake. It is a revival of one of America’s greatest industrial muscles. America has the technology, the talent, and an urgent need for this mission to succeed. TerraFirma is the spark igniting this transformation. This funding will allow us to step on the gas, expand our manufacturing, software, operations, and construction deployments, and perform increasingly large commercial and government projects around the world. Now that we have the capital, what do we need? We need YOU. We need the best people from the engineering world and the best people from the construction world to come together and build something transformational. Something that will fundamentally change how humanity builds on Earth and, eventually, Mars. If you want to do the hardest and most meaningful work of your life with a team determined to move mountains, join us. Huge thanks to Kleiner Perkins, Bain Capital Ventures (BCV), Glade Brook Capital Partners LLC, BANNER VC, Saga Ventures, Trust Ventures, Definition, PEAK6, Magnetar, Ravelin, and all of our amazing angel investors who have helped and supported us throughout this journey.

Ajay Agarwal shared thisvery bullish on robotics and physical AI!Ajay Agarwal shared thisBusiness Insider named Ajay Agarwal one of 22 investors shaping the robotics and physical AI boom in 2026. The list recognizes investors across the robotics industry and the software models defining the next generation of machines. Venture investment in the category has grown from $4 billion in 2019 to $26 billion in 2025. Business Insider went looking for the investors who actually know what they're doing in it. Ajay invested in robotics before it was a booming category. He backed Kiva Systems, led every successive round, and was Kiva's only institutional investor when Amazon acquired the company for $775 million in 2012. Congratulations, Ajay. Well deserved. https://lnkd.in/ggPe4Dny

Ajay Agarwal reposted thisAjay Agarwal reposted thisWe were named to the CB Insights AI 100. 🚀 We’re thrilled to be part of this group and in such good company. This recognition also reflects a shift that we’re thinking about every day at Actively. How do we help revenue organizations break through the constraint of human capacity? 🤔 We believe the answer starts with the account itself — the most context-dense unit in revenue. That’s why we’re building Actively’s Per-Account Agents™ to work 24/7: continuously building context around every account and guiding teams to make the best use of their valuable time. And the system keeps getting better every day in partnership with our customers. Proud of our team, grateful to our customers, and thank you to CB Insights for the recognition. Ajay Agarwal liked thisAjay Agarwal liked thisThis is the pick from the robot's POV. 👀 It sees three customer parts that have nothing in common: machined metal, coiled hose, molded plastic. No one sorted the bin, no one fixtured the parts, and the same system handled every one of them. That system is Rapid Operator AI, running on GRIIP, the intelligence pipeline built on the Vention platform. It reads every cluttered bin the same way. It figures out how each part is sitting and plans a clean pick, part after part, in real factory conditions. This is the type of work that used to be avoided at all costs with robotics. Parts arrive unsorted, reflective, or in the dark. It’s exactly the work Rapid Operator AI and GRIIP takes on. Want to see your factory floor automated? Send us your parts and we'll show you. https://hubs.la/Q04sBgyy0 #PhysicalAI #Vention #Manufacturing #IndustrialAutomation #Robotics #BinPicking #MachineVision

Ajay Agarwal liked thisAjay Agarwal liked thisAutomation used to stop where rigid structure ended. Vention's GRIIP is changing that. From large-scale line automation down to the smallest, most delicate tasks, GRIIP brings Physical AI to the floor, adapting to and learning from the job instead of forcing a job to fit fixed hardware. What GRIIP brings to the floor: - Physical AI that adapts across scales, from heavy production to fine detail work - Precision motion control built into every task - One connected cell, deployed across your operation It’s Physical AI built for your floor. Ajay Agarwal liked thisAjay Agarwal liked thisWe just published our 2026 mid-year update (https://lnkd.in/gS-y8xQG), and writing it made me appreciate how much has shifted in the past six months. We're now processing close to 1M verifications a quarter, with volume up over 55% year to date. More than half of our mortgage customers are using Argyle for both payroll and banking verification, and our consent-based verification is live in 10+ states. What I'm most proud of is what our customers are proving: consumer-permissioned, direct from the source verification is faster, less costly, and more accurate.

Founders rarely struggle because of a lack of tools. They struggle because of a lack of visibility. Software and cloud spend quietly compound in the background, often escaping scrutiny until budgets tighten or runway shortens. By partnering with SpendHound, we’re helping startups replace guesswork with data: clearer vendor insights, smarter renewal decisions, and tighter cost control from the earliest stages of growth. Startups shouldn’t have to wait for financial pain to understand their SaaS economics. We're making that clarity accessible from day one. Read more here: https://lnkd.in/gWUYnnKE

Scaling SaaS companies often face the same question: 👉 Do you outsource your BDR function or build the team yourself? Outsourcing can speed up pipeline coverage, but it often comes at the cost of brand voice and long-term alignment. Building in-house takes more time, but creates tighter integration with sales, marketing, and culture. There’s no one-size-fits-all answer, the right move depends on your growth stage, goals, and go-to-market motion. 🔗 We’ve helped companies navigate this choice (and avoid the common pitfalls). Most "revenue proof" in SaaS acquisitions is a cropped Stripe screenshot. You can't verify the date range, whether churn is hidden, or if one-time payments got folded into "MRR." We wrote a step-by-step guide on how to actually analyze SaaS revenue charts before you shortlist, benchmark, or buy: → Finding the right chart to analyze (not just the prettiest one) → Reading the verification layer first, before the growth curve → Distinguishing real trajectory from cherry-picked windows → Running a cohort compare instead of judging in isolation → Setting up alerts so you catch trajectory changes early This is written for acquirers doing diligence, founders benchmarking their own growth, and analysts tracking sector movement over time. SaaS promised freedom—work from anywhere, scale without headcount, automate everything. But it created a new cage. Workers no longer owned their tools, memory, or processes. Expertise became workflows; workflows became subscriptions. Those developers who lost access didn't just lose a tool. They lost productivity, context, continuity, and workflows they spent months building. Nothing they built was theirs. When you build on rented ground, the landlord always wins. AI arrives, and we're making the same mistake. 👉https://lnkd.in/gxDVT_Kt #SaaS #AI #FutureOfWork #Productivity #Innovation

At Integro, we partner with scaling SaaS teams to close hiring gaps and accelerate revenue—without long‑term headcount commitments. Recently, our TaaS model stepped in for a mid‑market SaaS client struggling with long sales cycles and uneven pipeline quality. We delivered a tailored playbook focused on ICP refinement plus targeted outbound sequencing, which tightened lead fit and increased conversion velocity. The result: a 35% uplift in qualified opportunities and a 22% increase in ARR within six months, while the client avoided additional fixed hires. Our modular, ‘as‑a‑Service’ approach combined playbook design, SDR execution, and weekly performance sprints so tactics scaled as fast as demand. If you’re a SaaS leader seeking repeatable revenue growth without bloated headcount, let’s talk about a practical playbook that fits your team and timeline. https://wix.to/ZLpD7PU #SaaS #SalesOperations #RevenueGrowth
