We're hiring: Social Media & Content Creator — Growth & AI 📍 Remote | Contractor, Full-Time Hours | $3,500–$5,500/month | Paid 30-day trial WHO WE ARE Well Peptides is a women's health and longevity brand founded by Sirin Talbot — at the intersection of science, wellness, and real talk. The stuff your doctor isn't telling you about peptides, hormones, and how to actually feel good in your body long-term. We're growing fast and need someone who can match that energy online. THE ROLE You'll report directly to Sirin and fully own our TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube presence. This isn't a post-three-times-a-week role. You'll be the brain and hands behind account growth — strategy, editing, hooks, AI tools, funnels, and daily performance analysis. We want someone who geeks out over this stuff. The nerdier, the better. Daily presence inside our accounts is required — monitoring performance, comments, DMs, and trends multiple times per day. WHAT YOU'LL OWN → Full end-to-end management of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube → Video editing for Reels, TikToks, and Shorts: cuts, captions, audio, retention optimization → Hook writing and viral concept development → Build and run an AI clone account using HeyGen, Arcads, ElevenLabs, or equivalent → DM automation flows via ManyChat + email nurture sequences (Beehiiv, Klaviyo, or similar) → Lead magnets, landing pages, and conversion tracking → TikTok monetization: Shop, Creator Fund, brand deals, live, affiliate → Daily trend monitoring + weekly trend briefs → Obsessive analytics tracking with weekly performance reports → Compliance awareness around health and peptide content on Meta and TikTok → Create, launch, and monitor paid ad campaigns across Meta and TikTok — including creative testing, budget management, and performance optimization YOU'RE THE RIGHT PERSON IF ✔ You have provably grown social accounts — numbers, not vibes ✔ You know AI tools deeply: avatars, cloning, automation, video generation ✔ You live on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube and understand how each algorithm works right now ✔ You analyze metrics obsessively and use them to make better creative decisions ✔ You're sophisticated and science-minded — zero tolerance for influencer-fluff energy ✔ Bonus: real interest in women's health, longevity, or biohacking HOW TO APPLY — send all of the following to clara@wellsociety.com: Portfolio — Reels, TikToks, or Shorts you've edited.
