Center Stage recently featured our approach to bridging creator talent and traditional entertainment. See insights from our Head of Programming, Paul Telner, on why the strongest creator-led projects start with what audiences already connect with, then expand that voice across formats like TV, film, digital series, and streaming.
Featured in this month’s issue of CENTER STAGE MAGAZINE! I sat down with Center Stage Magazine to talk about the power of creators in today’s Hollywood ecosystem—and why they’re not just changing the game… they’ve become the game. I’ve believed in creators from day one and their ability to transcend platforms, formats, and mediums. Social media is the greatest casting call of all time. At Viral Nation, we’re building on that belief—working with creators to develop and produce IP that can live far beyond the feed. The creator economy isn’t the future of entertainment. It’s already here. https://lnkd.in/gq3S_zJ9 Thank you to John McLean and the the team at Center Stage Magazine for the feature! #CreatorEconomy #Creators #Entertainment #ViralNation

Paying a creator to produce content does not grant unrestricted rights to use it; the scope, duration and purpose of that usage should be negotiated separately. Our Director of Talent, Fabio Marcondes Gonçalves, brought that perspective to Net Influencer’s latest feature, joining 22 other creator economy experts to examine what brands get wrong about creator usage rights. Fabio makes the case for clearly defined usage terms, with paid media, whitelisting and AI applications each carrying distinct terms and compensation. 23 creator economy experts agree: perpetual usage rights are a rip-off, and brands still treat them as a footnote instead of the deal itself. A 2026 CreatorIQ study found 54% of marketing execs cite usage rights as a top barrier to scaling creator content. As content becomes easier to produce, trust becomes harder to earn. Our Chief Commercial Officer Nicholas Spiro shares why creators are uniquely positioned to build that trust at scale.
Which creator metric is driving your strategy right now: short-term reach or long-term trust? Consumers spot inauthentic ads from a mile away, making creator partnerships on YouTube the most effective bridge to credibility. Hear from Viral Nation CCO Nicholas Spiro on the key to deeper engagement: creators hold a unique connection to audiences that 30-second spots simply can't replicate. To unlock that value, brands are rethinking how they work with them.
