Listen to our CEO, Niel Robertson talk about the future of SaaS and AI and how it'll affect the HRIS and HRTech world. https://lnkd.in/eQ-D-MNx
In my latest episode of Human Work After AI, one of the most fascinating topics that came up with Niel Robertson (Winslow) was transcripts. We’ve had years of Slack threads, Google Doc comments, Zoom calls… and most of it just evaporates into “stuff we did.” Now we can actually do something with it. Not perfectly or automatically (yet), but enough to change what’s possible: • pull consistent facts out of every call • spot objections across a whole quarter of conversations • tighten follow-up without relying on someone’s memory • turn “tribal knowledge” into something you can hand to the next person • never miss critical moments in a conversation because you were busy writing notes It’s exciting and a little unsettling at the same time, because it forces a question a lot of companies haven’t answered yet: Where does this data live, who owns it, and what’s the line between “helpful leverage” and “big brother”? What’s your take? Are transcripts becoming a real asset where you work, or still just "digital exhaust"?
