Yesterday, the Trust Automation team gathered to witness history in the making. Watching the Artemis II launch reminded us of the power of ingenuity. It is incredible to think that, as of today, the mission has already circled the Earth, and the crew has experienced two moonrises. A milestone like this requires an unbelievable level of dedication, precision, and engineering excellence. The countless hours of hard work from brilliant minds to build the complex systems that turn a vision like this into reality are remarkable. At Trust Automation, we spend our days focused on solving tough engineering challenges to support our warfighters. Seeing the boundaries of space exploration being pushed inspires our entire team to keep pushing the limits of what’s possible right here on the ground. We are incredibly proud to witness this monumental achievement. #ArtemisII #SpaceExploration #Innovation

Great conversations last week with the SLO RAMS (Retired Active Men’s Social) Club here in San Luis Obispo. This group brings together an impressive mix of retired professionals who remain deeply engaged through discussions, events, and community involvement. Many in the room came from military, aerospace, and engineering backgrounds, which made for a particularly meaningful exchange. Ty had the opportunity to share how industries like ours contribute to the local economy—and it was eye-opening to see how many were surprised to learn that this level of advanced work is happening right here in their backyard. The curiosity and enthusiasm in the room were energizing. It’s a great reminder of how important it is to stay connected with our local community and continue sharing the impact of what we do. #CommunityConnections #LocalInnovation #SLOPride

We recently traded our usual tools for bike wrenches, and the result was truly special. Trust Automation employees teamed up to participate in Wish for Wheels. This wonderful organization brings together teams to build and donate bikes to second graders in communities nationwide, giving kids the freedom, confidence, and joy that come with their very own bicycle. Our mission was to build 54 bikes, with some participants even assembling their bikes blindfolded while being guide by their teammate. We love a challenge! Jennifer Wharton, our V.P. of HR was beaming when she said, “Our incredible team came together today and set a new Wish for Wheels record building 54 bikes in just 30 minutes! This is a testament to the dedication and teamwork here at Trust. Every single bike passed the Quality Assurance Tests, making sure they were ready to deliver to the kids. I couldn’t be prouder of what we did today!” The best part of the day was delivering the finished bikes to a fantastic group of second graders at Hawthorne Elementary right here in San Luis Obispo. The kids were absolutely overjoyed. Seeing their huge smiles and sharing those moments with them filled our hearts. Participating in this event perfectly aligns with our values at Trust Automation. This was so much more than a standard team-building exercise. It was a meaningful chance to give back to our community while strengthening the bonds within our own team. Whether you lean competitive, consider yourself creative, or just love a good challenge, this day offered something for everyone. KSBY showed up to cover the action. Watch here > https://lnkd.in/g4MuptEC We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to make a positive impact. How does your team like to connect and give back to your local community? #WishForWheels #TeamBuilding #CommunityImpact

The Trust Automation recruiting team was in the field in San Luis Obispo last week! We had an incredible time attending Career Days at Mission College Preparatory and Morro Bay High School. Chatting with so many bright students reminded us why we love building our workforce right here at home. Recruiting locally is a huge priority for us because we know our community is raising good talent. Jennifer Wharton, VP of Human Resources, shared with the team how participating in events like these is such an awesome experience. “Meeting so many talented and driven students reminded us of the incredible potential right here in our community. Recruiting locally isn’t just a priority, it’s a privilege. We’re proud to invest in the future of our workforce and support the amazing talent being nurtured right here at home. One student, after chatting with Connor, one of our mechanical engineers, said with a grin, “Wait, you make things move like that?” That’s so cool! If you’re ready to build something amazing with us, check out our open positions today! https://lnkd.in/gzNJa8up #TrustAutomation #AdvancedManufacturing #SLOcounty

Building a prosperous future for our Central Coast community, together. It was a day well spent at the 3rd Annual REACH Ideas + Action Summit as leaders and innovators came together to focus on the future of the Central Coast. We were inspired by the group of key state, university, and industry leaders that led us to understand the opportunities ahead for our region and California. Notable speakers included former U.S. Secretary of Energy and Michigan Governor Jennifer Granholm, who discussed the future of energy and how the Central Coast is poised to play a leading role in shaping our energy future. UC Santa Barbara Chancellor and National Academy of Engineering member Dr. Dennis Assanis explored research frontiers and Rachel Hatch, Chief Impact Officer at the Institute for the Future shared how regions can build adaptive capacity, anticipate disruption, and position themselves for long-term prosperity. Plus, we heard from our U.S. Representative, Congressman Salud Carbajal, who serves California’s 24th Congressional District, including San Luis Obispo. Sarah Sinderman, V.P. of Sales Operations and Strategy shared, “What stood out the most was the focus on action, not just discussing the challenges shaping our future, but bringing together leaders across policy, industry, academia, and the community to explore what progress can actually look like for the Central Coast.” Highlights included energy, advanced air mobility, housing and regional innovation – all which are important conversations as companies like Trust Automation help drive technology and growth across the Central Coast. The vision and dedication in the room underscored our shared commitment to fostering a prosperous and meaningful future for the Central Coast. We’re grateful to REACH for organizing such an impactful event and look forward to continuing to work to shape what’s next for our community. #CentralCoast #RegionalInnovation #REACH #IdeasIntoAction #California
