Tory Burch is an American luxury lifestyle brand founded in New York in 2004. What began with a boutique in Manhattan and an e-commerce site has since grown into a global business with 400 stores across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, Asia and Australia. In addition, the brand is available at more than 3,000 department and specialty stores worldwide. Tory Burch started her company with a clear purpose: to build a global luxury brand and a foundation that would advance women’s economic power. Designed in her New York atelier, the collection includes ready-to-wear, handbags, shoes, accessories, beauty and home. The Foundation was established in 2009 to provide women entrepreneurs in the United States with access to capital, education and community. Tory has been recognized with numerous awards and honors, including the CFDA for Accessory Designer of the Year, WWD Women’s Designer of the Year, Harper’s Bazaar’s Designer of the Year, the Parsons School of Design’s Table Award, the Wharton School’s Jay H. Baker Retailing Center’s Retail Excellence Award, the SCAD Étoile Award, the Breast Cancer Research Foundation’s Sandra Taub Humanitarian Award, Forbes’s Most Powerful Women in the World, and Glamour’s Women of the Year. Her first book, Tory Burch In Color (Abrams, 2014), was a New York Times Best Seller, and her designs have been featured in the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute.

  • We're thrilled to introduce The Explorers Club collection, featuring the “Women in Exploration” patch �� the first icon in the club’s 122-year history to celebrate its remarkable women members, including Jane Goodall, Sylvia Earle, Carol Beckwith, and Kathryn Sullivan. “This patch represents all of the extraordinary women who have broken barriers, ventured into the unknown, and advanced the fields of exploration, research, and conservation,” Tory says. “I hope it will inspire the next generation to follow in their courageous footsteps.” Tory designed the patch in collaboration with Emily Damstra.

  • We are thrilled to share that the Tory Burch Foundation will host its second annual Founders Breakfast on Thursday, April 30th. The event will celebrate extraordinary women entrepreneurs and honor Anna Wintour, chief content officer for Condé Nast and Vogue's global editorial director, with the Iconic Founder Award — highlighting her impact on media, business and renowned philanthropy work. “Anna was the first to recognize fashion’s ability to transform culture and create long-term, positive change," Tory says. "Through her visionary, fearless leadership, she continues to shape what is possible for women and for the future of business." The breakfast will also recognize three women entrepreneurs from the Foundation's signature Fellows Program, which provides education, mentorship, and low-interest loans to help women-led businesses scale.   • We're thrilled to share that Tory Burch ranked #1 in social engagement during New York Fashion Week, according to WWD.   With approximately 3.6M engagements — up 119% from the previous season — we achieved the highest NYFW engagement score across all brands.   • The Teams screen was a grid of eager faces, each square representing someone with an idea—and exactly 60 seconds to sell it. One minute to pitch a prototype that could create real business impact. One minute to convince colleagues to vote "yes."   Welcome to Innovation Days, a Tory Burch Technology team initiative that started several years ago as a simple hackathon and has evolved into something much bigger: a company-wide platform for sparking creativity, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and turning "what if" into "what's next."   "We are a creative company and, from a technology perspective, it's a great way to bring business and technology together," said Magali Muratore, Chief Technology Officer. "The goal is to prototype quickly, show the possibilities, and then to make sure that something goes into production."   Last November, our teams brought bold ideas forward—17 in total. Five moved into rapid prototyping, and one rose to the top: an elegant digital solution to what had been a complex aspect of our planning process.   The real win wasn’t just the concept, but the proof that focused innovation can unlock meaningful time and create space for teams to do their best work.   “The more we do this, the more creative ideas we're going to see," said Magali. "It reflects the culture of entrepreneurship that Tory is all about." #TeamTory #Innovation
