  • Looking for a marketing agency that helps you stand out in a crowd? 👀 We work with B2B tech brands that need more than just a vendor. They need a partner that gets the industry, understands the audience, and can deliver across every format and channel. That's us. Come take a look and let us know when you're ready to get Delightful! 🤩 https://lnkd.in/gPVPVN-X

  • Remote work isn't a perk. For working moms, it's a lifeline.   We asked our team what it really means to them, and they said it better than we ever could.   ✨Catching first steps without missing a deadline ✨Daycare pickup, every single day ✨A sick day that doesn't derail everything ✨Being present for the moments that don't wait   Happy Mother's Day to the ones doing it all. 💐

  • Hot take: Most agency evaluation guides tell you exactly what to look for in a pitch and almost nothing about what happens after you sign with them. Which is convenient for agencies. Less so for the people who hired them.  The signals that tell you whether an agency will stay engaged, move with you when priorities shift, and show up when things get hard? They're visible before you sign. You just need to know where to look. We asked current and past clients what those signals were. Here's what they said: https://lnkd.in/g4tAJ9FS

  • Strategic storytelling. Creative design. Campaigns that move the needle. We know, we know. Every agency says that. The difference? We have the receipts. Over the past decade, Delightful has partnered with global B2B tech brands to shape brand narratives, launch go-to-market campaigns, and turn tech leaders into the thought leaders their industries actually want to hear from. We just launched our new portfolio page. Come see what "delightful" actually looks like.

  • Most executives we work with are already doing award-worthy work. They just haven't turned it into a story judges can grasp quickly. 🏆 When the right organization recognizes you personally, customers, investors, boards, and future hires get an instant signal. Your track record is real. But the award has to fit the goal first. Thought leadership, talent attraction, or owning a specific lane like innovation or digital transformation, each one points to a different award and a different submission strategy. And when you win, the work isn't over. 👀 Updating your profile, briefing your team, and tying that recognition back to the leadership story you're building is how an award becomes a business asset. We broke down all the details in our blog below. 👇 🔗 https://lnkd.in/dNKzx57x

  • What if your AI strategy is actually a communications problem in disguise? 🧐 Accenture's 2026 Pulse of Change report landed with some striking data: 🔹86% of executives are increasing AI investment 🔹Only 32% have achieved sustained, enterprise-wide impact 🔹Just 18% of employees feel leadership has a clear vision for change 🔹AI agent usage among employees is down 10 points since summer 2025 Here's what we see when we work with organizations navigating this: the technology is rarely the bottleneck. The story is. When people don't understand the why behind a transformation, when they can't see themselves in it, they don't adopt it. They wait. They workaround. They disengage. That's where Delightful comes in! We help technology leaders build the strategic story and change communications that engage people, not just inform them. That means articulating the "what" for the people using the tech and helping brands craft a vision that their entire team can fully get behind. Because closing the gap between C-suite confidence and employee trust isn't a nice-to-have in 2026. It's the difference between a strategy that lives on a slide and one that actually moves an organization forward. Curious how your organization is handling the narrative side of AI adoption? Drop your thoughts in the comments or reach out directly in our DMs. 🙂

Here's the part of influencer marketing that rarely makes it into the strategy deck. 👀 Not the reach numbers or the impression counts. Those are easy to slide in. What gets left out is the intelligence layer: creators and influencers who sit inside your user communities, hear what's confusing or exciting in real time, and surface insights your product and marketing teams might never find on their own. When you build a program with that in mind, influencer marketing stops looking like a campaign line item and becomes something worth defending in a budget conversation. Because it is. 👏 We've helped enterprise brands get there, including one that generated hundreds of millions of impressions and took home an award. Read about it in our blog: https://lnkd.in/gdrBrhSc

  • At Delightful, empowering women is part of how we run our business every day. As a women-owned and led agency, we know great work happens when people are supported, ideas are shared, and opportunities are created. This year’s International Women’s Day theme, Give To Gain, is a simple reminder: ✨ Support drives growth. ✨ Shared ideas spark better work. ✨ Opportunity moves everyone forward. Today, we’re celebrating the incredible women on our team and across our industry who continue to inspire creativity, collaboration, and impact. Happy International Women’s Day 💜

  • We loved seeing this post from Katy Brown following the Microsoft AI Tour in São Paulo. One of the most interesting shifts we're seeing in executive storytelling right now isn't just what leaders have to say, but how the ideas are delivered to invite the audience in. 👀   Why the carousel format works for executive voices: ➡️ Carousels invite audiences to move through ideas, rather than dropping a block of commentary into the feed. ➡️ Carousels encourage swiping, saving, and revisiting, and the LinkedIn algorithm continues to reward this. ➡️ A structured visual narrative positions insights as perspective, not just another post.   For leaders discussing fast-moving topics like AI transformation, that distinction matters. As executive storytelling evolves on LinkedIn, we're seeing one thing clearly: format is becoming a strategic choice, not just a creative one.

The Microsoft AI Tour in São Paulo reinforced something we’re seeing across the Americas: Organizations are moving beyond AI experimentation and into scaled, enterprise‑wide deployment. The focus has shifted from exploring what’s possible to delivering what matters – turning AI ambition into measurable business impact.   A few takeaways that stood out for me: ➡️ Brazil is entering a true AI acceleration phase, with organizations across industries focused on applying AI to real business challenges. ➡️ Long‑term investment matters. Microsoft’s $2.86B commitment to Brazil’s AI ecosystem-across infrastructure, cloud, and innovation is about building durable foundations for growth. ➡️ Skills are the unlock. With millions of Brazilians entering AI skilling programs and millions already certified through initiatives like ConectAI, the workforce is becoming a powerful catalyst for AI‑powered transformation. What I appreciated most of all were the conversations with customers and partners who are already putting these advantages into action. Their focus is on translating their momentum into lasting growth, resilience, and customer impact.   Thank you to everyone who joined us in São Paulo and helped make this stop on the AI Tour so meaningful! https://lnkd.in/gjR48rtE
