Meet Oscar. A couple of years ago, he appeared in our Boise, Idaho, shop yard, making his presence known with his grouchy meows, which inspired his name. Fast forward to today, and he’s a regular in the soils lab. Still vocal when treats are involved, he's now a laid-back guy who’s happy to be carried like a baby. When Oscar recently needed veterinary care, our Boise team rallied to raise funds for his vet bills. He may have started as the shop grouch, but he clearly found his people. Turns out, Oscar didn’t just find a place to stay — he found a team that shows up for each other, every day.
