We're excited to be part of the Abacum inaugural What-If Summit on April 9th in NYC! This is an invite-only half-day event for CFOs and FP&A leaders exploring how AI is reshaping the finance function. We'll be at the Genius Bar at Gotham Hall demoing how Tabs + Abacum work together as part of the AI-native finance stack. If you're rethinking how your tech stack should evolve alongside your team, this is where that conversation is happening. Speakers from OpenAIPublic, RapidSOS, Grindr, Motive, and more will be there. Register here: https://lnkd.in/ePWvckd3 See you there!

ARR is expectation. Revenue is reality. The delta between them? That’s your leakage map and with Tabs, you can diagnose what happened and proactively take action. With our ARR waterfall dashboard: - Break down every ARR movement (new, expansion, contraction, churn) across customer, product type, and across any period of time - Reconcile ARR to recognized revenue at the customer level - Identify leakage patterns before they compound And most importantly: you see it before it shows up in your board metrics. Get clear visibility into where revenue is gained, lost, or leaking and proactively impact what happens next.

We are making moves... Both literally and figuratively 👀 🔥

AI is making Revenue more complex by the quarter. Your close shouldn’t feel like the NYC subway. That’s why we built Tabs. We make Revenue easy for Finance teams. Highways. Subways. Trains. Airports. Today’s ride: the C train. Just like we support any billing model, we’re on every subway line. If you’re riding the subway this month, keep an eye out 👀

It’s very easy to be negative these days. While many people are all doom and gloom when it comes to how AI is changing the workforce, I’d prefer to surround myself with eternal optimists who think humans will figure stuff out and benefit massively from tech. Whenever I talk to Ali Hussain I’m ready to run through a wall right after. The Tabs team makes me proud to be a finance practitioner. We’re a resilient species. And we’re building cool shit. Go big or go home and have some fun doing it.

Building AI Agents for Finance - CEO & Founder at Tabs

Had CJ Gustafson and Matthew Mozzocchi from Mostly Media at Tabs HQ this morning in beautiful Soho. A lot was covered in 45 minutes:  ➡ ️Revenue is getting more complex, not less. Pricing models are evolving faster than static systems can keep up with. ➡ CPQ can’t keep pace. The future isn’t configure-price-quote workflows; it’s downstream infrastructure that flexes with how revenue actually works. ➡ The reporting layer is moving. Instead of every tool building native reporting, the better model is pulling data into Claude and letting the intelligence layer reason across it. ➡ Finance teams need new skills. Very few companies actually know how to operate with MCP yet. The ones that figure it out early will have a real edge. All of this is happening while the macro backdrop is shifting: Public markets reopening Capital concentrating at the top AI rewriting the labor equation We’re in uncharted territory. Awesome conversation and very excited about what we’re building with the Mostly Metrics crew! Thanks for coming by

𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗯𝗲𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘁 𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗻'𝘁 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗲. Jarrett Martin joined Tabs as our first sales hire. No sales background; his path was GTM Strategy, Product Marketing, Co-Founder, and then us. We took a bet on someone who understood how to think about a market, not just how to work a pipeline. That bet has paid off in every way. He's gone from our only seller to leading a team. He's hit quota consistently, pushed the number forward every quarter, and taken on ownership of the function in a way that goes well beyond his title. When something needs to get done, Jarrett figures it out. When the team needs direction, he gives it. When the bar needs to be raised, he raises it. The team he's built reflects exactly how he operates - incredibly driven and smart people like Lucius DeCarlo, Radhika Priya Singh, and Chris Jobes. One thing we've made a point of is finding time for a monthly lunch. No agenda, just a conversation to catch up. There’s a lot of growth both personally and professionally I see. Watching someone step into their confidence, leadership, and voices is part of building a company that is not reflected in dashboards. That's the environment we want to build at Tabs. One where the growth is real and the people who show up for the journey get to see how far it can go. Grateful to be building alongside you. Just getting started. 🚀 If you want to join our incredible sales team - check it out here: https://lnkd.in/em4KxFMZ

Collections should be simple: know what’s paid, what’s overdue, and what actually needs attention. Tabs automates the routine. Cash application matches payments to invoices, and automated dunning handles standard follow-ups on a defined cadence. For invoices that need escalation, Tabs can generate AI-powered follow-up emails directly within the Collections workflow. Using real invoice and customer context, Tabs drafts a personalized email that finance teams can quickly edit and send, no blank page required. The result: faster escalation, more relevant follow-ups, and less manual work for finance teams. Learn more → https://www.tabs.com/demo
