Louisiana continues to stand out as a national leader in historic preservation and community revitalization. According to a recent Business Report article, Louisiana ranked No. 2 in the nation for completed federal Historic Tax Credit projects in 2025— reinforcing the strength and impact of the state’s preservation incentives. At Stonehenge Capital, we’re proud to support projects that leverage historic tax credits to drive investment, preserve Louisiana’s unique character, and deliver meaningful economic impact across communities statewide. This achievement would not be possible without the continued support of Louisiana’s legislators, whose commitment to maintaining and strengthening these programs plays a critical role in their success.
