💫 “Why not you?” 💫 A simple question that changed everything for Sacha Storto. From her early days as a dancer in the south of France to performing across Paris, Macau and New York, her life was built on discipline, movement, and creative expression. Through ballet and Pilates. But it wasn’t until that moment – during a period of unexpected change – that she began to imagine a different path for herself, one that would lead to the founding of Opal Pilates in California.
