Job of the Week: The Oregon Department of Administrative Services is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer to lead HR strategy for the entire state government workforce. This role sits at the center of the infrastructure that helps Oregon agencies serve residents every day—setting the policies, systems, and labor relationships that shape how the state functions as an employer.
