We are actively seeking ‘Prime Vendor / MSP / VMS partnerships’ with Pharma, Biotech, and Medical Device clients, and are looking for a high-energy ‘Business Development Manager’ available for either’Full-Time or Consultant’ engagements. Requirements: - 3 to 5+ years of direct experience in agency staffing, specifically within Pharma, Biotech, Life Sciences, and/or Medical Device Business Development or Account Management - Proven experience in winning and managing Prime Vendor, MSP, or VMS accounts - Proven track record of client development, business growth, and revenue generation - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced staffing environment with minimal supervision - Strong interpersonal and communication skills — phone, email, and in-person - Highly confident, outgoing, and proactive personality with a hunter mentality - Strong sense of urgency and a disciplined, accountable work ethic - Demonstrated commitment to a long-term career in the staffing industry - Results-driven professional with a history of high performance and quota attainment - Familiarity with W2/C2C/1099 placements and US staffing compliance is a plus Responsibilities: - Drive business development through cold calling, email outreach, social selling, LinkedIn prospecting, lead generation, networking, and relationship-building - Identify, pursue, and secure Prime Vendor / preferred supplier agreements with Pharma, Biotech, and Medical Device organizations - Develop and convert new client opportunities while maintaining a strong pipeline of prospective accounts - Leverage multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, industry events, referrals, and networking groups) to expand market presence - Collaborate closely with recruiting teams to ensure successful placements and client satisfaction - Balance sales, account management, and client servicing — a true "Jack of All Trades" mindset on a dynamic team - Thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot quickly, manage competing priorities, and adapt to changing business demands Compensation & Benefits: - 💰 $60,000 – $150,000 base salary + uncapped commission - 🏥 Health Insurance - 401(k) with company match - PTO - Remote flexibility with autonomy and independence - Ethical, entrepreneurial, and collaborative team atmosphere - Work with the latest recruiting tools, ATS platforms, and technology
