Excited to announce that StaffAI is coming out of stealth today with the world’s first 1099 AI employee for sales and marketing teams. We are thrilled to be working with Promise Phelon and the team Growth Warrior Capital who led our Seed round. We started StaffAI to service the myriad of mid-market companies that know they need AI but don’t have the tech resources to get started. These businesses are used to solving problems by hiring people. Our solution: an AI employee that can be hired and onboarded exactly like a 1099 contractor. Our customers sign an independent contractor agreement with our AI employee rather than an software license. From there, they give our AI employee a remote desktop, a phone number and an email and watch it top the sales leaderboard in the first quarter. How do we do it? While most AI vendors require an API, we have taken computer use to the extreme. From outdated CRMs to gated web data, our AI employees click around the same software that every other employee uses which greatly decreases the complexity for non-tech teams. Better yet, our AI employees only gets paid in commissions which makes the hiring decision a no brainer.
