🗓️ Season setup can be one of the most time-consuming parts of getting ready for a new season, so our July product update focuses on making scheduling easier for organization admins. This month, we’re highlighting enhancements to Schedule Assistant, including an updated experience and a more guided setup flow. These updates are designed to help admins build and manage schedules with more clarity, confidence, and control. A big thank you to Randy Wise and Emily Trinidad for helping bring this month’s product update video together and walking through how these improvements support admins during one of the busiest parts of season setup. What's new: ✅ Added the ability to save emails as drafts ✅ Added capability to schedule emails to be sent at a future date and time ✅ Introduced a new "Draft & Scheduled" tab in the Message Center for managing those emails ✅ Expanded features to support easier messaging to specific members and/or instructors as well as full Classes & Bookings These email tools are available to use NOW in your SportsEngine Motion platform. What an incredible weekend in Vermont supporting USASA's Annual Veterans Cup! ⚽🇺🇸 Over the course of five days, the tournament brought together: ✅ 1,642 players ✅ 85 teams ✅ 177 matches Beyond the impressive numbers, what made the experience truly rewarding was having the opportunity to be boots on the ground for USASA's first tournament on our platform. I was able to work directly on-site with the tournament staff, supporting the integration between SportsEngine HQ & Tourney, troubleshooting issues in real time, and helping ensure a smooth experience for players, teams, and administrators throughout the event. One of the biggest highlights was strengthening relationships with the incredible people who make this event possible—from the Executive Director and Regional Directors to the administrators who work in the platform every day. There's no substitute for being in the field, understanding their challenges firsthand, and collaborating to create solutions together.
