Sony Pictures Television was recognized with three awards at the 8th annual AAFCA TV Honors.     Lamar Chase (SVP, Current Programming) received the Horizon Award, recognizing his contributions and impact within the television industry throughout his career. Here at #SonyPics, Lamar has overseen shows including Woke, The Night Agent, and The Boys franchise.    Spider Noir also earned two awards for its acclaimed first season: Lamorne Morris was recognized in the Best Supporting Actor category, while Kris Bowers earned the Best Music Award. 

With great power comes great responsibility – and that extended behind the scenes of Spider-Man: Brand New Day. Columbia Pictures hosted the world premiere of Spider-Man™: Brand New Day on Monday, July 27, at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles. Joining the film’s star-studded cast and creatives to celebrate the release were Ravi Ahuja, Chairman & CEO of Sony Pictures Entertainment; Tom Rothman, Chairman & CEO of Sony Pictures Entertainment Motion Picture Group; and Sanford Panitch, President of Sony Pictures Entertainment Motion Picture Group, among other executives.     #SpiderManBrandNewDay is in theatres this Friday, July 31!
