  • Honored to announce that we are welcoming Jonathan Zaback of Impact Partners to the SOJA Advisory Team!

🔥 Another Breakthrough for Impact Partners and our Families | Funds | Founders model 🚀 It gives me great pleasure to share that I have joined the advisory board of SOJA Ventures — a Manhattan-based family office, an extension of the Swig Family Office, and a client of Impact Partners since 2021. I am truly honored by this appointment — especially because it represents the first time someone from the PR industry has been invited to serve in any capacity inside a family office. As Impact Partners turns seven years old this month, I can’t help but think back to how many leading PR voices once told Jay Kolbe and me that family offices wouldn’t want — and certainly wouldn’t trust — a PR firm. And now… this. 🔥 This moment represents another breakthrough for Impact Partners and our Families | Funds | Founders model. We’ve learned how to crack the code on working with family offices — becoming trusted outsiders invited inside these historically private organizations to help them step out of the shadows and own their reputations. Our Families | Funds | Founders ecosystem has become a virtuous cycle: ➡️ families back funds ➡️ funds back founders ➡️ families also back founders directly Together, they create a powerful flow of capital, influence, and innovation that places Impact Partners at the true intersection of the capital driving innovation worldwide. 🌍✨ Today, we advise matriarchs and patriarchs of family offices around the world — including royalty, where we work directly with members of a royal family. 👑 Our work spans venture capital, private equity, venture debt, private credit, secondaries, growth equity, and other types of funds — where we work directly with the founders of these funds, as well as the entrepreneurs and founders those families and funds back. SOJA Ventures represents an evolution of the family office model — combining forward-looking capabilities rarely found in traditional family offices while preserving the values, discretion, and long-term perspective that define one. That combination is what makes this opportunity so meaningful. I’m thrilled to work alongside Oliver SwigDavid Hulshof, and their exceptional team as we help guide SOJA Ventures into its next chapter. 🚀 This appointment is also the first of two family-office advisory boards I’ve recently been invited to join — with the second announcement coming soon. It has been an honor to work with multiple generations of the Swig family since our founding in 2018, and I am deeply grateful for the trust they’ve placed in us. Thank you to Oliver and David for this amazing opportunity. 🙏✨ Full release: https://lnkd.in/ef4p2Rbg

“The Wright brothers created the single greatest cultural force since the invention of writing. The airplane became the first World Wide Web, bringing people, languages, ideas, and values together.” Bill Gates JetZero continues progress on our Demonstrator aircraft, powered by two Pratt & Whitney PW2040 engines, as we also plan for the commercial Z4 production. The most successful airplane programs have always been a perfect marriage of engines with airframe. The Z4 will be up to 50% more fuel efficient while also improving the passenger experience and reducing aviation's impact on the environment. We're doing all of this with currently available technology - the real game changer is the shape of the airplane, with the entire wingspan producing lift. JetZero has brought together industry experts and passionate true believers who believe affordable air travel is essential for the human condition.
