And they say "New York City!" Super proud to be leading the team as we embark on delivering a brand new project with our clients at Red Bull Red Bull Chapters featuring Rauw Alejandro is a one of a kind experience partnering artist with brand and taking fans on a journey through the artist's many eras. Such a fun interview! I dive into some intense "behind the scenes" on a Coachella project and then roll into how OOO started and where we are heading. Rick Kiley continues to deliver A++ stories and talent on this podcast. It's been so great to follow along. It's the insightful stories that make us producers breathe a sigh of relief and say "I'm not alone" haha because most of the time, what we do is...CRAZY.

  • What happens when a room full of strangers gets to build the night's playlist? Our latest Spotlight explores Tokyo Record Bar, a tiny listening bar in Greenwich Village where every guest picks a song, conversations happen naturally, and music becomes the catalyst for connection. It's another reminder that the best experiences don't just entertain. They invite people to participate. • Looking back at one of our favorite moments from Season 1. 🎙️ Before the activation even began, the team had just four weeks to build the set, write the scripts, cast the talent, and deliver a live proof of concept to 60 Coca-Cola executives. As if that wasn't enough, they also had to find the budget to outfit a 200-person staff, leading to one unforgettable negotiation that perfectly captures the reality of producing large-scale experiences. Sometimes the best event stories happen long before the doors open. 🎧 Throwback to In The Unlikely Event Season 1, Episode 2: Trial by Olympic Fire Listen on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and more. https://hubs.ly/Q04sPc5T0 #InTheUnlikelyEvent #ExperientialMarketing #LiveEvents #EventProduction #BehindTheScenes #Podcast

  • A Hamptons day party with purpose. ☀️   Our team member, Jayla, attended the Apollo Young Patrons Day Party in Sag Harbor, where young professionals gathered to support the Apollo Theater while advancing the next generation of leaders championing Black artistry, creativity, and community. Culture is built by the people who show up ... a meaningful reminder of the power of gathering with purpose.

Over the past eight weeks, I had the opportunity to work at SoHo Experiential as a Creative Intern at an experiential marketing agency. I’m so grateful for the chance to get a behind-the-scenes look at the industry and be involved in so many different parts of the creative process. Throughout the summer, I got to see how ideas turn into fully executed experiences. I contributed to projects for brands I know, helped create social content, collaborated with the creative team, and learned about the many moving parts involved in bringing an event to life. I also loved working with the other interns on our intern project, where we were responsible for three parts of the company’s summer event. From developing concepts to planning logistics and seeing everything come together, it was a great opportunity to work together and put what we learned into practice. A huge thank you to Nick Vidovich for teaching me so much and sharing valuable lessons about the industry and workplace that I’ll take with me moving forward. Thank you to Cara Masselle-Velasquez, Jeff Boedges, the creative team, and the other interns for being so welcoming and making these eight weeks such a great experience. I’m really grateful I got to be a part of it!

It’s time to say goodbye. This summer, I had the opportunity to fully immerse myself in the world of experiential marketing at SoHo Experiential — working on incredible projects for clients like Citi and Red Bull, during the summer the Knicks made a run, the World Cup took over the conversation, and America turned 250. You can imagine the caliber of events we got to bring to life. But the one I'll carry with me is the one I built from scratch. It had been almost two years since the full SoHo Experiential team had gathered in one room. Several teammates who'd joined more recently had never even met in person. The brief was: design an activation low-pressure enough that strangers would start talking without a forced icebreaker. The outcome? A fun, organic, community-driven moment that brought the team together — no awkward “fun facts about yourself” required. From the first idea to the final activation, getting to shape that experience taught me so much about what experiential marketing does best: turn an intention into a moment people actually want to be part of. I’m incredibly proud of everything we’ve accomplished over these past months, and even more grateful for the people who made them what they were. We live for (SUMMERS LIKE THIS).
