Recent Forrester research finds that 68% of B2B buyers have a preferred vendor BEFORE they formally begin the purchase process (source linked in comments). And with traditional performance marketing metrics being made obsolete by LLMs taking over search, we're back to the basics! What was once seen as predictable is now a bunch of signals and no clicks. Forget distribution, forget scale, brand is once again the only differentiator that matters. May you brand accordingly.

Our Alan So came back buzzing after speaking at last week's Morning Buzz, a panel discussion put on by The One Club for Creativity during Creative Week in NYC. He shared a lot of great nuggets, but this was one of our faves: Trust is the currency of creativity. When you have that established, you can have the hard conversations.
