Producing the P&L is rarely the hard part. In this demo, Customer Success Architect Thomas J (TJ) Wells walks through a Support Triage Agent he built to analyze, categorize, and escalate inbound support tickets. The secure agent writes data back to the cloud data warehouse (in this case, Snowflake).
