  • Zaza Pachulia has always been a champion and we’re incredibly proud to have him as part of the Shoot 360 story and featured in this latest Franchise Times article on athletes in franchising. But what stands out even more is how he’s approached life beyond the game. He’s not just investing—he’s building. Not just participating—he’s leading. At Shoot 360, he’s been a driving force behind our mission to expand access to the game, develop the next generation, and scale a system that truly impacts players at every level. Because the smartest athletes aren’t just chasing championships… They’re buying into systems that scale. Franchises—whether in sports or business—offer: → Proven playbooks → Built-in infrastructure → Scalable growth And Zaza embodies exactly what this next era of athlete-entrepreneurs looks like. The line between athlete, investor, and entrepreneur is disappearing. And leaders like Zaza aren’t just part of that movement… They’re helping define it. We're proud to be on the same team and building alongside him. #Shoot360 #Leadership #SportsBusiness #Franchising #Athletes

  • At Shoot 360, innovation isn’t just about technology—it’s about the #people creating consistent, impactful experiences for every athlete who walks through our doors. Today, as we start to wrap up #HerMonth and #WomensHistoryMonth, we’re celebrating our newest hire, Vanessa Vossler, whose leadership will help elevate teams and drive growth across the Shoot 360 network. As one of the newest members of the Shoot 360 team, Vanessa is focused on supporting teams in delivering a high-level, consistent experience for athletes and families. She believes winning is a team sport—and that driving sales starts with developing people. Through strong leadership, coaching, and a clear, unified approach, she is helping teams grow, build confidence, and fully believe in the value they deliver every day. What makes Vanessa’s leadership especially powerful is her mindset around growth. She embraces the idea that real progress happens outside of comfort zones—when you’re challenged, learning, and willing to step into new spaces. In a fast-moving, competitive environment, she leads with resilience, confidence, and a commitment to continuous development. But Vanessa’s impact goes beyond team performance. She represents what it means to lead boldly as a woman in sports—encouraging others to embrace feedback, filter out negativity, and stay grounded in their purpose. Her advice to the next generation of female leaders: “Always remember that feedback is a privilege—embrace it. Take what helps you grow and don’t get distracted by negativity. And if your light makes someone uncomfortable, don’t dim it—invite them to shine too. Leadership isn’t about shrinking to fit in—it’s about showing up with confidence and helping others rise with you.” We’re proud to have leaders like Vanessa strengthening our teams and shaping the future of athlete development. Big moment for Shoot 360 East Valley!!! Huge shoutout to Darius for representing Shoot 360 on AZ Family Phoenix (KTVK 3TV Phoenix) and bringing our training experience to life on live TV. From showcasing our cutting-edge technology to highlighting how athletes can train like the pros, this segment captured exactly what makes Shoot 360 different: next gen tech for shooting, dribbling, and ball handling! Even better—seeing Arizona’s leading three-point shooter, Destinee, step in and demonstrate the system in action was a powerful reminder of what’s possible when talent meets the right tools. This is what it’s all about: empowering athletes, supporting families, and redefining how the game is trained. Amazing work by the #EastValley team! #Shoot360 #BasketballDevelopment #SportsTech #AthleteDevelopment #ThisIsYourShot #MarchMadness

  • Way to go, Shoot 360 #SanMateo! They were recently featured on KTVU-TV in what is an exciting moment that reflects not just our brand’s growth, but the impact that San Mateo is making on the market, elevating basketball every day. This feature is a reminder that the future of the game is being shaped right now and women are at the center of that momentum. During #HerMonth, we’re proud to spotlight how Shoot 360 locations around the world are helping drive the game and participation forward. • At Shoot 360, innovation isn’t just about technology—it’s about the people building the future of the game. Today, as part of #HerMonth and #WomensHistoryMonth, we’re celebrating Jensyn LaDuke, whose work is helping shape the next generation of basketball development. Jensyn leads product strategy and innovation planning at Shoot 360, focusing on building the right solutions for our athletes, coaches, and franchisees. Her work centers on improving the systems and processes that move ideas from concept to successful launch, turning innovation into real impact across the Shoot 360 network. What makes her journey even more inspiring is the path she took to get here. Jensyn intentionally pivoted from a background in manufacturing and physical product launches into the world of software and technology, bringing a unique perspective to the sports tech industry. Recently earning her Product Management certification, she continues to deepen her expertise while helping drive the evolution of Shoot 360’s technology platform. But Jensyn’s impact goes beyond product innovation. She reminds us that visibility itself is leadership. Being a woman in a male-dominated space often means stepping into leadership simply by showing up. By doing so, Jensyn is helping redefine what leadership and innovation look like in sports technology. Her advice to the next generation of female leaders: “Don’t be afraid to enter spaces that aren’t ‘for you.’ If you’re good at what you do, people will make space for you. And if they don’t, create your own space. Innovation isn’t just about products—it can be about redefining who belongs in the room.” We’re proud to have leaders like Jensyn pushing our industry forward. The future of basketball is HERe. And leaders like Jensyn are helping build it! #Shoot360 #WomenInSports #SportsTechnology #Leadership #Innovation #Basketball

Let's hear it for Shoot 360 Reno 👏 They were featured on ABC Reno (KOLO-TV 8 News Now ABC)’s Morning Break with a powerful segment highlighting not just our technology and training experience, but something even bigger: the launch of #HERMonth. HER Month is all about one mission, bridging the gender gap in women’s sports and creating more opportunities for female athletes to train, compete, and be seen. • As we celebrate #HerMonth at Shoot 360, we’re proud to spotlight the incredible women helping shape the future of our brand and our game. Today we’re celebrating Helen Martin. While this is Helen’s rookie season at Shoot 360, the impact she’s already making is undeniable. As we head into 2026, she describes the energy around the company as electric—and what stands out most to her isn’t a single project, but the culture that makes everything possible. In sports, we often talk about the name on the front of the jersey. At Shoot 360, that name represents teamwork, community, and shared purpose. Helen says she’s most proud of how seamlessly she’s been welcomed into a team that truly lives those values every day. For Helen, this role is about more than work. It’s about helping teammates, franchisees, and members find their own win every single day while being part of a sports concept designed to transform lives through basketball. Her philosophy on leadership is simple but powerful: presence and authenticity matter. “We lead from the front, but we also lead with empathy. People work for people, not companies. Being a woman in this space means taking initiative to define what success looks like for the entire brand—not just a department.” Helen believes that when a team feels heard, valued, and aligned, something special happens. “When we are unified in our vision, we don’t just achieve goals—we set new standards for what’s possible.” Her advice for the next generation of female leaders: “Tune out the noise and lean in with poise. You will encounter doubters—sometimes they are in the same room, sometimes they are in your own head. Don’t let the doubters dictate the pace or the direction you are going. Keep an unwavering belief in your vision and most importantly say yes to the opportunities that scare you. Even if you fall short, you aren’t falling back—you’re failing forward. Every experience, especially the challenging ones, is valuable. Growth lives on the other side of our comfort zone.” We’re grateful for leaders like Helen who bring energy, authenticity, and belief to our team every day. • From our Founder... big things are happening all around Shoot 360!

The Magic of Playing the Game You Love for a Lifetime! Most basketball players quietly retire from the game they love. Not because they want to. Because eventually the game becomes harder to keep playing. Full-court runs take way more out of you. Schedules get busier. Injuries can pile up. And the physical demands and rigors of the traditional game make it more difficult to stay involved. But the interesting thing is the love of the game never fades away. That’s why I’m so excited about what’s happening with 3-Ball at Shoot 360. It’s a basketball competition built around shooting skill, strategy, and focus...real basketball with movement but without the constant running up and down the court. Players can compete solo or on teams of three in real games with 4 quarters and a game clock. Automatic rebounders keep the action flowing while players rotate positions and shooting spots for different point values. The technology tracks every shot and provides real-time scoring, stats, and all around performance data. The tech also helps you improve while you play with real time feedback on your shot quality through our patented Splash Meter used by NBA teams. Players even receive accolades like MVP, Top Scorer, and Moneybags. Even better, teams can compete against players in other facilities across the Shoot 360 network in real time, connecting players to a global basketball community in places like Europe and Asia. Geography and travel is no longer a barrier and these immersive playing experiences create unmatched opportunities for fun and competition. What I love most about it is this: 3-Ball creates a version of basketball people don’t ever have to age out of. Whether you're at your peak physically or you're just pursuing your best life at any age, 3-Ball is the perfect game. You can keep competing. Keep exercising. Keep improving. Keep enjoying the game. Because the best version of basketball isn’t the one you used to play. It’s the one you never have to stop playing!!
