Do you have product market fit? There's a way to see it beyond just pipeline building and revenue. You can see it in who you're hiring. At my time SewerAI, I've noticed something different about the employees. These aren't people who stumbled into the wastewater industry. They lived it. The SewerAI team is composed of NASSCO trainers like Eric. People like John, who saw our product out in the field, knew exactly what it meant, and decided he had to be part of building it. It's not just our co-founders that have seen and lived the industry, it's part of SewerAI's culture. I saw this same thing play out at BILL. Accountants left their careers to join and be a part of something special. They knew it was going to be game changing and they wanted to help. People in your space, voting with their careers is an amazing show of product market fit.

Honored to receive NASSCO’s 2026 Trainer of the Year Award! Thank you to NASSCO, and to the many students, peers, and fellow trainers I’ve had the privilege to work with over the years. This recognition means a lot!!! 🙏🙌🏻 I’m grateful to SewerAI for giving me space to contribute to the industry as a Trainer and for me to play a small part in helping move us forward, especially as we navigate the role of AI and ADR in condition assessment. #SewerAI #PACP #LACP #MACP
Congratulations Eric Sullivan for receiving NASSCO's 2026 Trainer of the Year Award! Eric has been incredibly supportive of NASSCO’s Trainer Leadership Program which was established in 2025. He has also developed an AI presentation to help teach other NASSCO-Certified Trainers about automatic defect recognition (ADR). He is a PACP™ certified trainer and volunteers on NASSCO’s Infrastructure Condition Assessment and Software committees. He represents NASSCO with honesty and fairness, which align with NASSCO‘s core values, especially as it relates to the hot topic of AI in sewers. His student satisfaction survey results are consistently high, with students noting that he is always well prepared, is helpful, and makes learning easy. Congratulations, Eric!
