The Office of Prevention and Intervention hosted its first-ever Youth Mental Health Symposium, bringing together 600 middle and high school students for two days of learning, connection, and self-care. Through interactive workshops and activities, students explored topics including stress management, mindfulness, healthy relationships, coping skills, and strategies to support their overall well-being. They also connected with community partners, discovered valuable resources, and left with care bags filled with wellness items to support them long after the symposium ended. A special thank you to the Office of Prevention and Intervention team, our community partners, and everyone who helped make this meaningful experience possible. Together, we are creating spaces where students feel seen, supported, and empowered to thrive. #PHLED
