👀 RTS is in search of a Head of HR 👀 This is a much needed role for us as we continue to grow. We’re looking for someone to take full ownership of the HR function and build it into something that can scale with the company. We have some foundations in place today, but you won’t be stepping into something fully built. A big part of this role will be creating, improving, and bringing more structure to how we approach hiring, org design, performance, compensation, payroll, and day-to-day HR operations. You’d work closely with me and our leadership team to shape how we support and grow our team over time. As a remote company with a growing global footprint, this role will also help guide how we operate across regions in a way that’s compliant and consistent.
