This past week at Business Mastery, more than 2,500 entrepreneurs from 66 countries came together to grow their businesses, their impact, and their lives. In a single, extraordinary 32-minute moment, this community raised a record-breaking $9,027,358 to rescue children from the suffering of human trafficking — bringing the total raised through Business Mastery alone over the past four years to $30,934,447. Tony has long said that the secret to living is giving, and few have embodied that philosophy as consistently, or as generously, as he has. Tony has spent decades demonstrating that lasting fulfillment comes not from what we accumulate, but from what we contribute. We are deeply grateful to every individual who stepped forward this weekend to be part of something greater than themselves. This moment was a reminder of what is possible when a community chooses to lead with purpose and generosity. Thank you ❤️

On a Mission to End Hunger 🙏 This week, in honor of World Hunger Day, some of our San Diego team and their family here at Robbins Research International headed down to Feeding San Diego for an afternoon of volunteering alongside an incredible group of people who show up for their community every single day. Together, the group packed 349 boxes of shelf-stable food to be distributed to families across San Diego. It was a small afternoon with a big impact — and a reminder of why this work matters so much to us. Volunteering is a core part of who we are at RRI where team members are encouraged to take one full day per quarter to volunteer for an organization that speaks to their heart. Tony has spent decades working to end hunger in America, most recently through the 100 Billion Meals Challenge, and days like this remind us that real change happens when people show up in person, sleeves rolled up, side by side. A huge thank you to the team at Feeding San Diego for welcoming us and for the note that meant so much to all of us: "It's because of volunteers like you who generously donate their time that we can envision a healthy and hunger-free San Diego." Today, we celebrate someone who has been at the heart of this organization for 20 years — Angie Shepard. Over two decades, Angie has grown with us in ways that reflect her extraordinary range and dedication. From Coaching Sales Administrator to Coaching Manager, Sales Ops Manager, and now Revenue Operations Manager — she has led with mastery at every stage. She has also been a trusted presence onsite at our live events, supporting Event Services at Unleash the Power Within and Date with Destiny, where the heart of Tony Robbins' mission comes to life. Fun fact: Angie was there the day fire met ice. At an Unleash the Power Within event in New York we held the firewalk in the middle of a full-on blizzard! 🔥❄️ Angie puts it best herself: "In my 20 years with RRI, what continues to motivate me and anchor me to our mission is the privilege of connecting with clients at our live events — especially Date with Destiny. Today, we’re celebrating an incredible legacy at Robbins Research International. After more than 25 years, we are honoring the retirement of Brenda Schinke, a true leader who has shaped the heart of our coaching organization. Since joining RRI in 1999, Brenda has served as Head of Coach Development, a coach throughout her entire tenure, Tony Robbins' Main Room Manager for over a decade, and a trusted leader in our organization. More importantly, she has helped define the standard of excellence in coaching and developed countless coaches to transform lives at the highest level. Many of us will always remember her question: “If Tony were here right now, what would you be doing?” That standard lives on in all of us. Brenda, thank you for your leadership, mentorship, and unwavering commitment to this mission. Your impact will continue for years to come. Last week, we hosted a session for leaders and entrepreneurs inside the Tony Robbins Business Accelerator Masterclass, led by Robbins Research International's Head of Digital Innovation, Justin Kahn, and Head of AI, Jay Lane. The focus: what AI agents mean for the future of business. The message to the room was clear: this isn’t something to watch from the sidelines. Businesses that start learning, testing, and building with AI now will shape what comes next.
