I’m still buzzing from Revlon’s most IMPACTful week of the year! IMPACT brought together our top leaders from around the world to plan for our next chapter of innovation AND commercial excellence. IMPACT had everything. Connection. Curiosity. Science. Innovation. Push back. Refinement. And the EXTRA part? A spontaneous serenade from Fernando Suban! Although, did Tchernavia Rocker and I really need to be backup dancers 💃 ?? A lot got done: ✨ Sharpening our point of view on color cosmetics 🌸 Sequencing our exciting upcoming fragrance launches 👩🔬 Leaning into the breakthrough science behind Elizabeth Arden 💇♀️ And so much on the horizon for Hair! But what stood out most to me wasn’t just what we worked on—but how we showed up for one another: with openness, creativity, and genuine care. Impact isn’t only about outcomes; it’s about the way we build them together.
