A chance to unwind, have a few laughs, and (of course) get a little competitive, it was game night at our Chancery Lane office in London last week! The evening saw teams go head-to-head across a couple of classic TV game shows. Big thanks to Jimmy Donny Cosgrove from Show Time: The Game Show for hosting the evening – it was such a fun night. 10/10. Moments like these are a great way to step back, build connections, and spend time together outside the usual pace. #PublicisProduction #ProducutionCulture

As we continue building our talent globally, we’re delighted to have Ivan Czwan Altobelli join us in the U.S. Looking forward to the impact he’ll make as we continue bringing creative, production and technology closer together.
I’m excited to share that I’ve joined Publicis Groupe Creative & Production US as Chief Talent Officer. I’m looking forward to partnering with exceptional leaders and talented teams across Creative and Publicis Production, helping to identify and develop key talent across disciplines, supporting teams as they adapt to evolving production models, and ensuring we have the right people in place to deliver outstanding creative work across our agencies. My thanks to Susie Nam and Emmanuel André for their support throughout the process. Excited for this next chapter! #VivaLaDifférence

Our EMEA team recently delivered a new suite of e-commerce assets for The Magnum Ice Cream Company, built to stand out and perform where it matters most: Online. Using AI-based assessment tools, including FengGui analysis, to measure the effectiveness of the designs, the visuals were optimised for maximum impact while weaving in elements from the TVC campaign to maintain Magnum’s cinematic feel. The result? Benchmark assets and a very happy client. Safe to say we’re (ice)-screaming about the incredible work. Huge shout-out to Ernest Dudziński, Nadia Odynak and Anna Krzemińska. #PublicisProduction #PublicisProductionEMEA #Ecommerce

Welcome Adge.AI. The AI-driven measurement and content intelligence company joins Publicis in a move to reinforce our AI and data capabilities. Arthur Sadoun, Chairman & CEO Publicis Groupe, says: “With the acquisition of AdgeAI, we are bridging the gap between instinct and proven performance, transforming creative performance measurement from a retrospective report into a forward-looking capability that anticipates and delivers real business outcomes.” Our CEO, Deepti Velury, shares: “By embedding predictive intelligence directly, in real time, we’re empowering brands to make only what works, and to make that work a lot harder. AdgeAi delivers deep analysis with a level of unmatched granularity, efficiency and speed, and identifies patterns that correlate directly with performance outcomes – capabilities that are typically siloed, manual, or unavailable in current market tools.” Eyal Ben Shalom, Co-Founder and CEO of Adge.AI, adds: “This is a defining moment not just for Adge, but for how the industry thinks about creative intelligence. By bringing our technology into Publicis’ existing engine, we're giving brands something they've never had before; the ability to move at the speed of the algorithm without losing the spark of great creative." To continue the conversation around International Women’s Day, yesterday our Chief Talent Officer, Anna Fullerton-Batten FCIPD, hosted an insightful panel discussion at our London HQ with Mandy McComas from Adobe and Supriya Kumar-Bhatt, Camilla Andersen and Zoé Sersiron from Publicis Production, to share perspectives and advice on how we can better support and champion one another. Great advice, inspirational mentors and moving stories… all testified to the idea that it takes a network of male and female colleagues and mentors, encouraging and role-modelling family members, and supportive friends to build a career. Thanks to everyone who joined the discussion. #TheWomenWhoMakeUs #InternationalWomensDay #PublicisProduction

This week, we’ve shared stories of some of the exceptional women across our organisation. And the truth is, it’s only a fraction of the talent we have. We couldn't be prouder to work alongside women who inspire us every day. And that’s what International Women’s Day is about - a reminder to inspire, mentor and champion one another, while continuing to lift each other up in the fight for gender equality in our industry. Happy International Women’s Day. Tag the women who inspire you everyday in the comments below to show your support and appreciation. #TheWomenWhoMakeUs #PublicisProduction #InternationalWomensDay

Creative production has never been closer to the heart of the content supply chain – sitting alongside strategy, media and commerce. Why? So that ideas can move faster, data can line up better, and spend can be managed more effectively. This is according to Varun Shah, who shared his thoughts for exchange4media’s latest article on the growing importance of content production in today’s evolving marketing landscape – and we couldn’t agree more!
