When Angel joined PetSmart in 2008 as a District Leader in Philadelphia, the company was opening nearly 100 stores a year. It was fast-paced, high-growth, and full of opportunity—the kind of environment where careers don’t just progress, they evolve. Seventeen years later, Angel’s journey reflects that.
