Bailey joined PepsiCo as an intern with a love for Gatorade and a lot of questions about how the business worked. Four years later, as a Commercial Planning & Strategy Analyst at Gatorade, she's helping shape the brand she grew up with. Her advice is simple: say what you're interested in, ask questions, and stay open to where it leads. "You don't have to have it all figured out — but sharing your goals helps people support you in getting there." Explore our open roles at https://ow.ly/Kbp350Z7zH9

Around the world, farmers and communities are leading the way toward a more sustainable future through regenerative agriculture.🌍 Through our Food for Tomorrow program with the National Geographic Society, we’re supporting #NatGeoExplorers like Omar de Kok‑Mercado in southwestern Wisconsin, working alongside these communities to explore how science, storytelling, and generations of knowledge can help transform our global food system, one field at a time. 🌱

From strengthening farming communities to expanding access to food and safe water PepsiCo and the PepsiCo Foundation's 2025 Global Social Impact Report captures the collective efforts driving measurable impact around the world. Here's a look at our progress:
Real impact doesn’t happen all at once. It’s built over time, through people, partnerships, and progress that adds up. The farmers helping protect generations of tradition. The students gaining access to safe water. The families receiving meals when they need them most. The community leaders and partners helping build stronger futures every day. Today, we’re proud to share the 2025 Global Social Impact Report, highlighting the collective impact of PepsiCo and the PepsiCo Foundation alongside partners, communities, and associates around the world. Across food access, safe water, farming, and workforce development, the report reflects how investments in people and local systems can help strengthen communities and create long-term resilience. At just 16, Lisa Billard is already reshaping the future of motorsport. The F1 ACADEMY Gatorade driver recently sat down with PepsiCo’s Jane Wakely to discuss how she got started, what it takes to compete at an elite level, and how Gatorade supports her performance and hydration on and off the track. Can’t wait to see Lisa take on Montreal this weekend!🏁🏎️

There's no single version of caregiving. What makes a difference is how support shows up. Sometimes it's a manager who leads with empathy, a team that creates room when life gets hard, or support that helps turn long-held plans into reality. Hear from three moms at PepsiCo, in their own words, and about the support that helped them show up for both their families and their careers. We’re proud to announce a new long-term collaboration with Grupo Fertiberia to help scale the use of Impact Zero, its high-tech, green hydrogen-based fertilizer across Europe. Launching in select European markets and with plans to expand across the region, this partnership will support ~400,000 acres of farmland and farmers producing key crops used in some our most popular brands. Building on successful trials in Spain and Portugal that cut emissions in corn and potato farming, this collaboration, alongside existing supplier agreements, is expected to bring us approximately 50% of the fertilizer used in our European supply chain from low-carbon sources by 2030.
