As a board advisor, I try not to overstate things. So, when I say RackWare is one of the most underutilized sales accelerators in the OCI ecosystem, I mean it. Enterprise deals stall when migration risk enters the room. RackWare takes it off the table entirely. The Oracle teams using it aren't treating it as a migration tool. They're using it to close faster, expand with DR and backup, and win competitive displacements from AWS and Azure. “Holy Strategics, Batman!” The second quarter saw strategics make several landmark acquisitions driving an impressive ~$4B of dollar volume before even considering private equity activity – is Armis next? - Zscaler acquired Red Canary, a Zscaler company ($685M) - Proofpoint acquired Hornetsecurity (>$1B) - Palo Alto Networks acquired PROTECT - AI data governance research network ($700M) before announcing its intent to acquire CyberArk ($25B) earlier this quarter. - Cato Networks (network/SASE) raised $360M at a $4.8B post - Cyera (cloud data security) raised $540M at a $6B post - Horizon3.ai (automated pentest) raised $100M at a $660M post.
