The training operations platform built for your frontline 🤳🏼✨🌎

About us

Opus is the training operations platform built for the frontline. Where traditional LMS platforms treat training as a one-time event, Opus makes it operational—embedded into daily work, manager workflows, and execution. Training, tasks, AI search (Ask Opus), and team communication live together in one mobile-first system, so frontline teams can access what they need without emails, passwords, or logins, in over 100 languages. The result: consistent execution at scale, accountable managers, and training that actually gets used. Opus is trusted by hundreds of growing multi-unit restaurant, hospitality, and service businesses—from 10 locations to 5,000+. Recently named one of Inc.'s Best Workplaces 2026 and Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies 2026. Learn more at opus.so.

  • Training that keeps pace with how fast a kitchen actually changes. That's what INDAY is doing across their restaurants, and we're proud to be part of it 🎉

Great training shouldn’t live with just a few people. At INDAY, we’ve been working with Opus Training to put our culinary standards directly into the hands of every team member. From new recipes to food quality and safety, we can now roll out simple, visual training quickly and consistently across all of our restaurants. The best part? It’s incredibly easy (and actually fun!) to build, which means we can keep training as fast as we’re learning and improving. Congrats Rachael Nemeth and the entire Opus team on what you’re building. Excited for what’s ahead together! 👏

  • Neil Amin leads more than 3,000 associates across 76 Shamin Hotels properties. His rule for leadership: never ask someone to do something you're not willing to do yourself. In this Back to Basics clip, he explains why Shamin's executives work from the office alongside their teams instead of above them, and why that's what makes accountability hold up at scale.

  • "Opus has given me back time. Before, we've been focused on maintaining what we have. Now we're able to think about what comes next." That's Jessica Drahem, Director of Performance, Development & Culture at Newk's Eatery, on what two and a half years with Opus Training built for a four-person L&D team running a 96-location, majority-franchised network. They replaced a three-inch paper binder and manual grading with a digital manager-in-training path, then used that same visibility to turn franchisees into real partners in developing their teams. • 🚗 We have been booked and busy with summer events! A couple of standouts: Global Franchise Summer Summit. We hosted a happy hour in partnership with Akerman LLP, our CEO Rachael Nemeth led a roundtable, and customer Robert Andersen of The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill joined a panel. The thread running through the sessions: scale isn't about owning more units, it's about building the leaders, systems and culture to operate each one with excellence. Paris Baguette North America Leadership Conference. Proud to be part of their continuous learning story, and Michelle Jagroop's keynote was a great reminder that growth doesn't stop at onboarding. International Franchise Association LA Franchise Business Network. We caught a Dodgers game with the SoCal franchise community. Great conversations, better hot dogs. Thanks to AMANDA BIALEK for pulling it together. Grateful for the people and conversations. Fall is right around the corner. See you on the road 🍁

  • Hiring is only step one. Retention is where training earns its keep. Bareburger has held the same mission since 2009, but scaling a team means training has to flex with it. We're excited to help tackle that challenge 🍔

Since 2009, Bareburger has been committed to serving high-quality burgers and the exceptional hospitality every guest deserves. Our mission hasn't changed, but over time our teams do — and growth requires efficient training. Making sure our teams understand what sets Bareburger apart — our mission, values, hospitality mindset, menu, policies, and protocols — is a huge part of that. We realize that everyone learns differently, so our training requires flexibility. That's why we're bringing Opus Training into our tech stack: to help us support new hires, stabilize our training programs, and improve retention. Hiring is only step one. Retention is where the real work happens. Opus helps us meet trainees where they are — their own pace, their own comfort level — while giving our leaders the tools to build strong teams. Trainee support is great but continued development through Opus takes it one step further! Opus is intuitive, and its AI features make building training modules easy. We're just getting started, and we're confident that Opus will help Bareburger level up it's Training & Development Program. Opus, welcome to the family!

  • Food scores up 22%, double-digit traffic, and sales growth YoY. That's what Bonchon has seen running training and ops through Opus. They didn't get there by mandating adoption. They earned franchisee trust first, centralizing resources and letting operators come to them voluntarily before rolling out a single required program. Once that trust was there, speed followed. Their most recent LTO training was built in under 4 hours, the fastest adoption Bonchon has seen at the store level. One in five team members train outside English. Opus auto-translates everything into all seven languages spoken across the workforce, so every restaurant runs the same standard. Full story in comments ✨

  • An agent that Jeffrey Silver and the team built for Opus Training flagged a fix that's saving the team $1,200 a month, on its own, in Slack. That's the kind of quiet infrastructure work that adds up 💸 If you're curious how a small, fast-moving engineering team scales without a big ops headcount, check out Jeff's talk this evening! He'll be in great company alongside Amol Kapoor, Daniel Avila, Jack Amadeo, Jack O'Brien, Qijia (Joy) Liu, and Rohan Gupta. Save yourself a seat: luma.com/agentics-4qd8

I'll be speaking at Agentics NYC next week on how Opus uses agents to help manage on-call at scale! Plus some interesting tidbits from along the way... Register here: luma.com/agentics-4qd8

  • Opus Training is hiring across Sales, R&D, and Marketing 🎉 Our mission is to create a world where every deskless worker has a good job. Getting there takes people who can build the product, get it in front of the operators who need it, and help them see what's possible once frontline teams have the training tools they deserve. If that sounds like something you're in to, take a look at all our open roles: https://lnkd.in/ep8FqFNg
