For those impacted by the recent Oracle layoffs: we're Opkey and we're hiring! As our EVP of Sales, Julian Andronic, lays out below, Opkey is not a professional services firm. Rather, we're a true, no-code SaaS platform to automate implementation and operation of Oracle Cloud and other major cloud ecosystems. Our eng team has built and honed our own domain-specific language model, which forms the basis for extraordinary inference accuracy on Oracle and other systems. We have cut manual effort on tasks like regression testing by 80% and cut implementation timelines in half, all while lowering risk of disruption and breakage. To share your Oracle expertise and be part of the future of cloud application management, reach out to us!

Tough week for a lot of great people at Oracle. World-class talent is hitting the market across ERP, EPM, HCM, SCM, and cloud, and we’re moving fast to meet them. We’re hiring at Opkey. We’re not a services firm, we are a product company. We build the platform that helps enterprises deploy, operate, and optimize Oracle Cloud at scale. The momentum is real: ∙ Rapid ARR growth ∙ Deep Oracle ecosystem partnerships ∙ Strong product-market fit in ERP lifecycle optimization ∙ Actively investing in AI, automation, and agentic workflows Open roles across the US and India: ∙ Sales (Enterprise + Growth) ∙ Pre-Sales / Solution Engineering ∙ Customer Success/Account Management ∙ Product + Engineering ∙ Oracle domain experts (ERP, EPM, HCM, SCM) If you’ve lived inside Oracle or its ecosystem, you already know the problem we’re solving. This is a chance to build something, not just operate it. Drop a comment or send me a note directly. We’ll move fast. #Oracle #Hiring #OracleCloud #ERP #EPM #HCM #SCM #SaaS #AI #Careers

As the saying goes, it’s not enough to get interest–the customer should be trying to rip the product out of your hands. The Opkey team is hot off the heels of an extraordinary week at #AIWorldLondon, where we saw this kind of excitement for what we've built. With the recent release of Opkey Design Studio and Opkey Release Advisor, our onsite team (Kerrie Rusak, David Zimmerman, Luke Hansberry, Grae Gray, Michael B. Carr, and Julian Andronic) demoed our expanded Oracle platform. The greatest buzz was around automated implementation planning and config, as well as automated process discovery, release testing, and training. Opkey is bringing a new vision of what domain-specific AI models can do for Oracle ecosystems, all with far less compute and time than our peers in the space require. We can’t wait for AI World NYC, and to see our peers and customers at events across the world in the coming months! #AIWorldTour #CALM #CloudAppLifecycleManagement #Oracle

Really insightful POV from our CEO, Pankaj Goel, on Oracle’s agentic AI announcements. The shift from ‘systems of record’ to conversational, outcome‑driven ERP raises big questions about governance, observability, and readiness. Curious how other Oracle customers are thinking about this transition? #OracleAIWorld #agenticapplications #conversationalERP

Team Opkey wrapped up Oracle AI World London yesterday— and it genuinely felt like one of those moments where you can see the future getting a lot closer, very fast.   Yes, the headline was big: Oracle introduced 22 new Fusion Agentic Applications, just quarters after announcing 50+ AI agents across Fusion Applications.   But what excited me most is the direction this is heading. When you combine these AI agents with the enhanced AI Agent Studio capabilities—which let us build agents that string together multiple enterprise applications—I think we are witnessing the start of something much more foundational: a world where business users interact with enterprise systems entirely conversationally.   "Resolve this supplier issue with the least impact on margin and service." Or, "Close the books and show me what needs my attention."   The user asks for an outcome. The system figures out which agent—or combination of agents—should execute across data, process, policy, approvals, and workflow.   The interface becomes conversational. The execution becomes agentic.   This may sound a few years away (or a few quarters away, judging by the speed of Oracle's product team).   What happens next? In my opinion:   ---Conversational ERP becomes real, fast.   The front end gets dramatically simpler for business users. Less navigation. Less hunting through screens. More intent. More outcomes.   --The real differentiator shifts from “who has agents” to “who can operationalize them well.”   Governance, observability, testing, and lifecycle readiness will matter far more than raw agent counts.   Enterprise apps become coordination engines for work. Not just places where work is recorded—but platforms that orchestrate the right humans and agents toward an outcome.   Big credit to Chris Leone, Steve Miranda, and the broader Oracle product and engineering teams for pushing this vision forward. Oracle’s recent moves make it clear they are thinking beyond AI features and toward enterprise execution. Here's to an agentic 2026!!

It’s becoming increasingly clear that ERP and HCM stability isn’t just a concern for IT, but for Wall Street, too. Tennant Company’s recent ERP rollout challenges (https://lnkd.in/g4vAbZBF) are a stark reminder of what can happen when a go‑live goes sideways. When your core systems can’t reliably process orders or ship product, revenue, reputation, and investor confidence are all at risk. Moments like this should be a wake‑up call for every enterprise planning a major ERP transformation: when it comes to readiness for core systems, you can cut costs, but not corners. At Opkey, we partner with global enterprises to de‑risk these programs with continuous, automated discovery and testing—so issues are found and fixed long before go‑live. Support is eating transformation. In our research, up to 1 in 3 IT dollars never makes it to innovation. Instead, those dollars are drained by support—tickets, break/fix, and post-release fire drills. The 2026 State of Enterprise Application Lifecycle Management Report details how leading teams are clawing this spend back with automation and smarter lifecycle management.
